Delivery service awful
In spite of giving clear delivering instructions for my "safe place to leave my parcel" Fedex apparently left my parcel by the road - I only found out about this when I chased up my order. I could not find the parcel and in spite of being in touch with Elixir about the missing parcel I had to claim a refund by my bank as Elixir never offered to replace my missing order or a refund.

Having checked the tracking, your parcel was scanned as delivered on 30/07/2026 at 15:13hrs. There is also a delivery photo showing the parcel outside your flat door, and the GPS location matches the delivery address.
We appreciate that you have not been able to locate the parcel and understand how frustrating this must be. We recommend checking with neighbours or anyone else at the property who may have taken the parcel in for safekeeping.

Timewasters
Placed an order end of July, they contacted me a couple days later saying the item was out of stock and would be restocked 10th of August.
As I would have been travelling I agreed to wait.
I contacted them when I got back on the 14th and the item was yet to be received, asking them to cancel the order. They said "it had just been dispatched". It's the 23rd August, almost a month later my initial order and I am yet to receive the potash and it's frankly too late in the season now to be used.
I am pretty upset with this poor and unprofessional behaviour, this has likely compromised the flowering of my wisteria next year.
