As explained previously, our request for photographic evidence is a standard part of our procedure when a discrepancy with product dimensions is reported. This enables us to establish the nature of the issue and, where necessary, investigate it with our warehouse team.
Unfortunately, as the requested photographs were not provided, we were unable to verify the reported discrepancy or investigate the matter further. We must follow the same procedure consistently for all customers, and without the information requested, we were unable to take the matter any further on this occasion.

I placed my first order for black basalt (decorative stone for my garden) through Amazon and Elixir were the supplier. I needed more stone so I placed a second order and Elixir rang to confirm receipt of this and explained that I could order direct from them and they were currently offering some good discounts online. I did require more stone so I did place a further two orders. The first was 10 bags short, so I contacted Elixir and explained. The second order included an extra 10 bags. The whole process from ordering to delivery was good and I received regular updates of when my deliveries would arrive. I would definitely recommend this Company.
