We first met Phil and the team in November 2023. A slight delay was self imposed..... but Phil and the team fully understood and took good care of us whilst we changed our plans. The service was excellent, the planning and communication without fault and nothing was too much. The builders were fantastic and very respectful to our home. We love our bathroom and we will be back. 👍👍

Elixir Bathrooms have just finished installing our new bathroom after removing all the old fittings, tiles and floor. We are delighted with the quality of the work, and the design. The new bathroom is stylish but in keeping with our Victorian house.
From meeting Phil and Sue in the showroom, Chris, Steve, Sam and Shane as they worked and Joab as he project managed the installation, the whole experience as been smooth, efficient and trouble free.
The bouquet of flowers delivered to us at the end of the project was a lovely touch. Thank you to Phil, Sue, Joab and the team for a fantastic finish.

Ellixir Bathrooms completed a whole bathroom refurbishment on our behalf removing all fixtures, fitting, tiles etc and provided us with a brand new lovely bathroom with walkin shower. The process took approximately 10 days to complete and all professional tradesman used were polite, courteous and extremely tidy throughout the build process with as little disruption to our day to day life as possible. As with all new builds there were slight snags that required rectifying after completion. Elixir Bathrooms were prompt and professional in rectifying the few small snagging issues. I would highly recommend Elixir Bathrooms to anyone seeking to install a complete new bathroom. Although not the cheapest contractor they do utilise the best materials and work to a very high professional standard.

This was our second bathroom purchase from Elixir and once again nothing was too much trouble. From design, choosing fittings to installation everything was taken care of. The quality of our bathroom is great and we were grateful to Phil and his team for pulling out all the stops to get the job completed after delays caused by our builder.

Elixir Bathrooms completed our family bathroom strip out, remodel and fit in December 23, they did a fantastic job. From initial design consultation, install and follow up, all aspects were great. All appointments and work schedule adhered to, the various tradesman were professional, courteous, efficient, with a fantastic attention to detail. Any unforseen issues were identified and dealt with swiftly. They finished the project on time supplying a luxury bathroom as we had asked for, we absolutely love it!. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable bathroom contractor.

Having decided we needed a new family bathroom, we visited Elixir Bathroom shop to see what they could offer. We loved the design drawn up by Joab. It maximised the space and gave us our dream bathroom which we would not have been able to achieve on our own. This was more than replacing the fixture and fittings, our bathroom now looks like a completely different room, and we love it. The actual fitting was stress free as the work schedule was adhered to completely by the contractors who were all extremely friendly and professional. The quality of their work was excellent, giving the bathroom a superb finish. We were consulted all the way through the process and felt listened to on every decision. We wholeheartedly recommend Elixir Bathrooms and we will definitely use them again when we need our ensuite refitting. Thank you Elixir.

Superb job from start to finish! Joab helped us to decide what we wanted and we were more than happy with everything he suggested! I was struggling to find what I needed to create my bathroom having only a few days before my “booked fitters were due”
I felt overwhelmed popping into bathroom shops & decided to visit Elixir bathrooms having noticed they had some sale items.
From walking in the door & meeting Joab everything came together simultaneously, tiles were chosen, sink, shower etc & all delivered within a matter of days - all ready for my fitters -
No stress & now I have the most amazing shower room : thank you Joab for your expertise & great service. 💯 recommend

We went to Elixir with just our measurements and Jo designed our 2 new en-suites for us. To keep costs down we purchased both ex-display and new items. Everything was delivered on the date we arranged. Elixir were helpful when our plumber rang them for advice and also with any other items that we needed.
Everything Elixir have provided is extremely good quality and looks fantastic. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

With only a single bathroom we wanted a full service installation so we didn't have the hassle of managing the project ourselves.

Phil came over and measured our bathroom and Joab designed something we'd never even imagined (we were just going to leave everything pretty much where it was but just update).

The installation was delivered on-time and exactly as designed. The quality of the products and workmanship is excellent. We are very happy with our new bathroom.

Wow!!! That's the most suitable word to start with. Such a seamless journey from the moment I visited the showroom and had the pleasure of meeting Keanen, whose ability to envisage my dream bathroom, and product knowledge gave me the confidence to proceed with a site survey. Phil arrived on the agreed day and time, and again filled me with confidence that my dream bathroom would be achieved. Being presented with the CAD was slightly mind blowing as I hadn't quite envisaged how amazing it would look! A few tweaks to get the final look and the rest was left to their team of outstanding workmen. The itinerary was so informative, what tradesmen were due on what days. They were all truly professional and respectful, and kept the disruption to a minimum. Joab (project manager) was my point of contact and again, was so helpful with any questions or queries I had. 2 weeks later, my dream bathroom was complete and it exceeded my expectations. The entire journey from start to finish was seamless. Would I recommend Elixir Bathrooms?... 100% I would. 5 star company!!! An extremely happy customer.

Great experience with Elixir. Joab and the team were all incredibly helpful. The contractors (Scott, Guy, Jordan) were all amazing, hardworking, fast, tidy and friendly. We purchased a bathroom from Elixir which was installed mid 2022, when we came to do our second bathroom and cloakroom we did not hesitate to go back to Elixir. Now they have completed all three rooms, they have done a superb job and completed on time, we would thoroughly recommend this company if considering new bathrooms

An overall excellent experience. From start to finish the staff members were polite, friendly, and very efficient. The bathroom finished on time with minimal upheaval. The result was a very functional bathroom that not only meets our needs at present, but should accommodate us in the future. We couldn’t be happier with the products, service and help we received throughout our bathroom renovation from planning to finish. Elixir didn’t fit but recommended someone for us who they trust and provided any support required during the project. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

From the moment we stepped into the showroom Elixir Bathrooms were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble as we hummed and ared about fittings, tiles and layout. Joab was very knowledgeable and produced a design that was exactly what we had in mind.
The installation was executed too schedule and looks as good as the 3D virtual bathroom we were sent after the design was completed.
The one snag we had was fixed without delay. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Elixir Bathrooms if you want a bathroom that is both luxury and practical.
