I had a mouse issue and was freaking out quite frankly. Those cute little mice resisted my humane efforts to get to leave and there really is (sadly) only one way to get rid of them. Mohammed came out, was knowledgeable and professional. I haven’t seen one for three weeks and I’ve left the doggy cam and tasty snacks out to make sure there’s no movement. He not only managed to grab the “intruder”, but did a really thorough check across the whole flat to identify possible entry points and ensured that the traps and all necessary precautions are in the right place. Since then, we’ve noticed no activity. Highly recommended!
