I was generously asked to be a guest on Elise's podcast, Talks With Friends.

A lot of times, these Zoom meetings & podcast recordings can feel awkward & stuffy.

With Elise is was the complete opposite.
She greeted me with a huge, beaming smile & welcoming banter.

She made it all feel so chill, easy, casual, & fun.

Also, she was ready to go, prepared with questions, & kept everything flowing & moving forward.

In other words, she's a professional.

I'm grateful for the experience I had with her & would be thrilled to work with her again!

Elise has created the Seastar Sisterhood as a "work at your own pace" learning space, which is very helpful for those who are working on self regulation, yet she still holds you accountable in a beautiful gentle way. Over a year ago, shortly after my divorce, I stumbled upon Elise, a rare gem who authentically presents as her true self. Her unwavering authenticity has always been an inspiration for me to embrace my own authenticity. She speaks and teaches from the depths of her heart, filled with love and a genuine intention that continues to guide me through my own trauma. Her resources, including teachings, messages, books, and reiki sessions, have been incredibly powerful in helping me heal and transcend. Elise has created a safe space for women to find purpose and healing, and her sincere and raw heart and intentions have always proven to be genuine. I am incredibly grateful for her, she has helped me in ways that I don’t think I could ever put into words. She’s amazing.

I've been working with Elise since 2019. I've gone through a life coaching with her as well and it really opened my eyes. I absolutely love the guided meditations!!! Those are my fav!!! If your looking for a safe space to finally break into who you really are I highly recommend Elise!!!!

I came across Elise about a year ago and she has given me the best guidance and tools to work with and I personally feel a lot better about myself and I know I still have a lot more work to do on myself! Elise has created an amazing space for her Seastars providing a variety of tools and content from meditations, podcasts, her writing, workbooks and coaching tools which I’ve found immensely helpful while on my journey to reconnect with myself, continue processing my past trauma and redefine who I am and wish to be. I stumbled across her a year ago and never left because she is REAL, she is responsive and my favorite part… she gives you the messages you need, NOT want you want.
