I have been using this product since Sept 2025 (now Jan 2026), twice a day and it actually WORKS! It does take time as melasma is STUBBORN, and mine was bad, a mix of sun damage and genetics. I ALWAYS covered up with make up, even for silly trips to the corner store, but now I definitely feel more confident going out with just a tinted moisturizer, which is key with dealing with melasma (daily, people!). If I could add a picture I would, I was so surprised when I did a side by side. You won't regret the try!

I've been so impressed with the results of the dark spot corrector. Dark areas that have been a problem for years have been steadily fading and my overall skin texture is much improved. It also works really well under makeup! I'm on my second bottle now, and I'm happy to recommend it to anyone who asks!

Total scam. It doesn’t work at all. Not even a 0.001% difference in last 6 weeks of using this product. Its all over the social media claiming its effectiveness but it has no effect whatsoever. Also, there is something similar with a different name called Feline. Same actors and claiming same . Do not buy this product and save your Money . Genuinely warning people of this scam.

I used the dark spot corrector faithfully twice daily for 5 weeks & not one single spot faded on my face.

I order 2 bottles of serum which came with a free eye serum. When I received it, I was surprised to be charged for custom & import fee as it was shipped from USA to Canada. The issue is, the value was marked as original price (not the price I purchased, even the free gift was marked the original price) therefore I had to pay over 44CAD for the products of 66CAD. (adding 60%more.)
I contacted the customer service by email many times but they don't answer my inquiry at all and they just email me promotions.
Other company such as yesstyle not only state clearly the possibility of import fee, but also promise to refund an import fee if any. I'm super disappointed at Elire's service.

I thought it was just another overhyped serum.

I committed to using it daily and now I’m a couple weeks away from glass skin!!!!!

My expectations were low but this serum exceeded them completely.

I trusted the reviews and purchased three products from ELIRE SkinCARE—anti-aging cream, dark spot remover, and eye cream. After 10 days of use, I saw no improvement. Instead, my skin looked milky, waxy, and felt uncomfortable.

I reached out to return the products under their advertised 60-day money-back guarantee. After five emails, I’ve received no resolution. Worse, ELIRE SKINCARE has now ghosted me and blocked me from commenting on their Facebook page.

The packaging was also disappointing—cheaply made, with a damaged lid on the anti-aging cream upon arrival.

I’m still waiting for a full refund. Until then, I’ll continue to share my experience. I won’t be purchasing from ELIRE Skincare again, and I wouldn’t recommend their products to anyone.

Wow, I really trusted the reviews on Trustpilot, but I feel compelled to share my experience with ELIRE Skin Products. I purchased the anti-aging cream, dark spot remover, and eye cream 10 days ago. After 10 days of consistent use, I saw absolutely no improvement. In fact, the products left my skin looking milky, pasty, and waxy.

I decided to return the items after 10 days, as they failed to reduce dark spots and made my skin feel uncomfortable. Since then, I’ve exchanged five emails with the ELIRE sales team, and they still haven’t offered a full refund—despite advertising a 60-day money-back guarantee.

The packaging was also extremely cheap. The lid on the anti-aging cream wouldn’t close properly.

I’m still waiting for a 100% refund, and I will absolutely never purchase from ELIRE again or recommend their products to friends or family. I’ll update this review once the refund is resolved.

I had a horrible experience with this company! It was advertised as 100% money back guarantee. I purchased the dark spot corrector and had a bad reaction to the product. I was in contact with Alden from their customer service and he informed me that I will be receiving my full refund. I was very pleased. He said it would take 3-5 days. It has now been 3 months and I have still not received my refund. At first he was very responsive but now I cannot get a response from anyone.

So I’m not usually one to write reviews on skincare but holy cow these products are amazing.
I decided on a whim to try the anti-aging repair cream for my very deep smile lines at each end of my mouth and the dark spot corrector for my hyperpigmentation on my forehead. I am two weeks in of using the products twice a day and holy cow what a difference. My forehead dark spots are much lighter already which frankly has never happened that fast with any other expensive product. And my smile lines have softened 50% already. I’m stunned. So much that I ordered way more for their labor day sale. I used to buy Zo skin health products for way more money and the elire products are so far way better in their positive effects and no skin irritation like I used to get with other companies. My eyes would itch and water from other serums and cremes but this has not happened once with my Elire products.

This company is a scam!! Placed my order on July 2nd with “free” 2-day business shipping. Received shipping notification with tracking information 2 days later. Tracking information was bogus. Contacted customer service only to be told the products I ordered were out of stock and shipping/tracking information was “sent in error.” Every time I contacted customer service, I was told the same things each time: “the dark spot corrector was out of stock expected to be in next week.” A month later, I receive an email stating my order has been Cancelled. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM!!!! You will never receive any products and lose hundred of dollars!!
