Placed an order on May 23rd, it is currently June 2nd and still don't have it. It hasn't moved in over 6 days.
Stay away unless you don't need the product until your next birthday.

This place is a scam do not buy from this place. There web site should be taken down

Received juices but not mod. Customer service is nonexistent. Phone numbers go to a medical device line. Help desk is a broken page. *update: after 6 weeks I finally received my mod. No recompense. Will not use their services again.

I place a order well over a $100.00 over a month ago, was never able to track my order that I never recieved, but on the delivery email, they had the wrong address, and I went to this address and the people there said they never recieved it. Somewhere on shipping info it says someone needs to sign for it. Anyhow I wrote to eliquid, as the phone number I have for them is bogus, and they said within a few days would be getting back with me after they inquirred with shipping carrier. Now 11 days later, no word from them. Tomorrow will be calling my credit card company. This scamming stuff needs to stop, it is so unreal anymore.

Took over a month to receive products. About 6 months later I got credit card fraud. This company sells your info (cc numbers) on the dark web. Not worth it. Stay away!!

I made an order on the 18th of this month. It's been 8 days. I received confirmation of order but when I check on the status it tells me they can't find it.

I am calling it a rip-off until I get my order in hand! I looked for a phone number for them but they don't provide one. Emails are not replied to. I'm tired of these companies that take advantage of people like me living on SocSec!

Horrible customer service. Not only have not received my package but, I've also not gotten a reply to any of my emails. I first send out an email a whole month ago and since that, I’ve sent out 4 emails. Terrible customer service. There is no way for me to get my refund because no one is answering me back

Same as everyone else. A 270$+ order, no tracking number, no answers on the phone, a dozen emails left unanswered. It's been 2 months and I obviously never got my order. This is a scam and I'll be filling a complaint.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company is a complete scam. Agree with other reviews that there is NO customer service. Never received my order. I can get partial refund through Route but not shipping. No shipping refund for an order that never showed up. This company is completely crooked and I think we should all seriously consider reporting them to our AGs offices.

Ordered from them a large 76 dollar order on October 24th, 2021. The shipping link does not work. I emailed and they sent me a new link that says "Unknown delivery date". I have emailed 4 more times with no response and I have tried calling them 12 times and they never answer. One day it said that there was one person ahead of me. I stayed on hold for 5 hours and nobody ever picked the phone. I have contacted my Credit Card company and I am getting my money back. I have also contacted the BBB.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM eliquid.com. YOU WILL NEVER GET IT AND YOU WILL NEVER GET A HUMAN BEING TO RESPOND TO YOU.

I placed my order December 13th and received notification from eliquid.com that my order was shipped. Almost 3 weeks later and nothing. I just received correspondence from the shipper x delivery that the label was created but no actual package was submitted to them. I have emailed twice, with no response back. This is honestly a first. I have utilized this company for years now with no problems. I understand shortages, and with covid, but this is robbery, pure and simple. I will be filing with the BBB and fighting to get my money back. It's not right, either give me my products I purchased or give me a refund. Will not order from this company again.

This has to be the worst company ever! Placed order, charged me, sent me notice it shipped Tracking # not legit. Called several times placed on hold for over an hour in half. Emailed 5 times with no response. Now I have to file a case with CC company to retrieve my money. Stay AWAY!

This is the same as all the other reviews. I placed an order over a week ago and they send me an email saying my order has shipped. But, the tracking number is bogus. They won't respond via email and don't accept phone calls. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and made a dispute with my Credit Card company. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Got an email saying shipped but the tracking # belongs to a delivery in Aug in Europe. Ive emailed and tried calling and no response. I've filed a complaint with my bank and will with the BBB in Nevada as well

Do not buy from them. They never gave me my product, won't return my emails, and I'm out 54$. These people are thieves.

What is happening to all the vape juice companies! They all turned into a scam! They have never shipped and the Chinese made the tracking number act very suspicious. I am contacting my credit card company. Stay away!

Ordered, says shipped, tracking number is for some package in Europe. No other USPS, UPS, or FedEx tracking number given. Emailed last week, no response. Attempted to call today and waited for over an hour...nobody every picked up the phone. Just filed a dispute with my credit card company for merchandise not delivered. Avoid this company!
