So I bought a bag last summer and after just a month or so the zip started to go. I perservered for months, as, if I kept trying, eventually it would do up, until it didn't. Messaged the company and they said they'd never had any issue with their zips, but now I see on here that several people have had zip problems. Anyway, they replaced the bag, but I had to pay shipping costs for the replacement. I didn't have to return the broken bag.
For the money I was hoping the bag would have lasted a few years and I guess charging shipping costs for the replacement was cheeky, as was saying they'd never had any issues with their zips, but I thought it was really good for them to offer to replace the bag.
The bags themselves are nice, but the lining is a bit cheap, the zips are a bit plasticky, and there are at least two other companies that do similar bags that are fair higher quality who I would recommend over Elie Beaumont, even before the zip broke.

I bought 2 Elie Beaumont bags about 2 years ago and I am so disappointed as the zips on both of them have broken. The bags themselves are in excellent condition but now are unusable.
I emailed the company but have just had an automated reply offering a small discount on a new bag. Why would I buy another if the zips are such poor quality?

Great design but not durable. Broken zipper. Not acceptable for a bag at this price.

The customer service is excellent. For some reason the system would not let me select my 2 free gifts when ordering my bag. A quick email to them and a speedy response saying they would send my gifts with my bag. All safely received.

Good website. Great designs. I bought mobile phone pouch and various lanyards for my phone. All products excellent quality and beautiful. The tan leather pouch is stylish and cannot be faulted. The lanyards robust and attractive. Straightforward ordering process. Received my purchase just over one week after placing order. All good. The only criticism is that their promotion of an item became apparent only after I had bought it so too late for me to benefit.

Placed on order online, as I have done before. No confirmation email for order received. Submitted 2 contact forms via website and also 3 emails...no acknowledgement or response to any of them!!!
Appalling customer service

I have ordered several bags and kept them.4, prompt delivery, packaged well. I returned a bag (silver in July 2025) and to date I have not received notification that it has been reimbursed? I did not manage to get a return label and paid for it myself. I would have expected just a little acknowledgement and confirmation of reimbursement.

Phone case not worth the price. Good service and responsive to return request. Phone case looks nice but doesn’t have a luxury feel. Paid over £40 for a case and lanyard but didn’t meet expectations for that price. Nice but a bit over priced. Good marketing

The quality of the bag is average at best. It is most certainly not worth the price tag. The finish is ok. Loose threads and very thin leather. The lining of the bag is like a wash bag, but then I suppose it’s easier to clean. The free leather strap is poor quality and the metal work is light weight. The purse I ordered however was very nice but I didn’t want to keep it because I wasn’t keeping the bag.
Their response to my review was rather funny and ironic. Stating they have plenty of positive reviews on their OWN website!

I had bought a bag for my mum as a present some time ago. Recently it broke (strap became unattached from bag) and I had contacted the company to let them know since it was within the warranty period. I received excellent customer service and I was given a brand new bag (chose a different colour) as a replacement. Very happy with the service and bags are great.

This is my third purchase from this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I ordered my third tassel bag and the quality is excellent. I love how it comes packaged in a nice box and in its own dust bag. The extra strap is an added bonus and this time I ordered the gold sunglasses case which I’m really pleased with.

Fantastic customer experience. The website stated that the two free gifts were out of stock. I sent an email to say I was very interested in the blue denim Arc sling bag but wanted a free strap and glasses case. The response was immediate and I placed my order. The bag and gifts arrived quickly and I love them! The bag is roomy, stylish and superb quality. Would buy from this company again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Received a gold cross body bag. It had glue all over the zipper tab, not well made unfortunately. I emailed them and 3 days later am still waiting for a response!

I purchased the tassle bag and matching tassle card holder on a whim, after an Elie Beaumont ad came across my Instagram time-line. I was pleasantly surprised when I received both items. The leather quality is excellent and has a beautiful grain. The leather also has a protective coating that wipes easily and is perfect for daily use. The only downside is the leather is very soft, and bag is not very structured. I would recommend a re-design with stiffer internal materials for more structure.

They were able to do a custom order for me with a watch face and strap combo that wasn't a listing on the site. Then, I had made an error with the engraving which they fixed for me no issues. The watch arrived and is exactly as I wanted, and looks great. Can't wait to gift it.
