I placed my initial order which was for 3 jars at $58. I was then charged $132 a couple weeks later for an auto-renewal I didn't sign up for. I emailed to cancel and was told the order was processed and couldn't be cancelled but future ones would be cancelled. I never got the order. Was never shipped or even shows up on my account and they will not refund my money. Many emails later and no response.
Products are counterfeit and I cannot receive any response in my many effort in correspondence in order to cancel. It is basically a rip off, do not order from them
Placed an order and have several transactions taken out my bank totaling 140 !!!!!! AV sent four emails to 3 different emails and no one is replying I DIDNOT ORDER ALL THIS STUFF YET THEY HELPED THEMSELVES TO MY ACCOUNT WHEN I ORDERED 1 ITEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As I ordered 4 panels from this company 3 weeks ago,when I click on the delivery updates the website is not there
Why is this company still advertising and taking people's money 😡

I ordered 5panels on the 3rd of January still have not received them what I have been sent is 5 really small plastic boxes Ihave emailed them with no success they were quick enough to take money from my bank account this is fraud and I hope nobody else uses this company will not be leaving it here

The coolers are very high end. Look very pretty on the table. Highly recommended product for a sophisticated dining table.
