We’ve had an excellent experience working with Elemento. The stone travertine tub is a true statement piece—beautifully crafted, high quality, and perfectly suited for our home.

The team has been incredibly accommodating and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was seamless, delivery was on time, and everything arrived exactly as expected.

We’re very pleased with both the product and the overall experience, and we look forward to working with Elemento again on future projects.

They sent delayed and incorrect parts, which caused significant rework. Rather than simply allowing me to return the items, they encouraged me to keep them, then proceeded to send additional incorrect parts, causing two full days of plumbing and drywall rework.
They eventually sent the correct parts, but those parts were defective as well.
They were unresponsive when it came to identifying what the fix could or should be.

This has quite literally been one of the worst experiences I have had to date. Their products are not worth the money, and in consideration of the risk you bear as the customer, they are nowhere near worth the cost.

I own and operate a development and construction company and work with vendors across virtually every scope of construction. The only reason I am taking the time to comment here is because others should know that this has, by far, been the worst vendor experience I have ever had.

We used Elemento for all three bathrooms in our remodel, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Their fixtures have a really unique aesthetic and finish options that we just couldn’t find anywhere else, it elevated the entire look of each space.

Beyond the design, the quality is excellent. Everything feels solid, functions smoothly, and looks even better in person than expected. Shipping was fast, everything arrived in great condition, and the whole process was seamless.

If you’re looking for fixtures that stand out and actually deliver on both style and performance, Elemento is a no-brainer. Highly recommend.

We love our new bathroom fixtures from Elemento. We got matte black sink faucets and rain fall shower system as well as brushed nickel sink faucets and rain fall shower system. The design is very minimal and sleek in our new bathrooms. The finish on both matte black and brushed nickel is gorgeous, you can feel the quality and weight of the fixtures. We look forward to installing Elemento fixtures into two more bathrooms in our home. Their pricing is very fair and the quality is beautiful. Love the functionality compared to other brands that have clunky visuals and over complicated mechanisms.

If I can give -10 I would. This company is a scam. I don't understand, and wont, why they have this beautiful site and went to the trouble of marketing these products. Dont they know that people will complain and get there money back. Also the consideration that we are working with contractors to finish bathroom that we need for our homes. STAY AWAY!

Update: I was starting to think I was scammed and would never hear back about my sink. After weeks of no reply, I received a message my sink had shipped. I received tracking info and the delivery was professional and seamless! Now that I received my product I am very happy with the quality. My question is why wouldn't the company just let me know what was going on? Even if my sink was delayed a month, at least I would know the status. Makes no sense how a company would ghost their customers when they could send a quick update that would take 30 seconds. Now that it's said and done I'm happy how it worked out, just communicate!

I have been waiting for my sink for several weeks with no update despite emailing customer support several times. I keep being told the order is being checked on but I never hear anything back. My order was originally placed in early December and is now delaying completion of my project. This has been horrid

Never received my products. Now more than a month delayed. Can’t reach company. Extremely unprofessional

This company is close to being a complete scam. We ordered multiple items from them, including a bathtub, faucets, tub filler and shower head for over $10k. We were supposed to get the items delivered in about 2 weeks. 6 weeks later and we have received half of the items, the other half they can’t locate. They keep blaming the shipping company, and have no idea where the products are and when we can expect them to be delivered. Their customer service and their operations are an absolute mess. We have already installed half of the products and have contractors on stand by to install the rest. Their customer service reps are not answering our calls. Would have taken a refund if we could get the products anywhere else. Highly recommend to avoid this company
