Great communication- was able to track delivery which was really good.
Cant fault the service

Really happy with my fridge freezer. The buying experience was easy. It was clear from the website where the faults were in the product and they were going to be well hidden due to where my fridge freezer goes in my kitchen.

I had to ring and change my delivery date and this was unbelievable easy.

My only slightly negative comment is that the delivery team themselves could have been more careful moving around my property.

Delivery guys were brilliant, carried it up lots of steps in a thunderstorm. Dishwasher as described - works.

Wow what can I say I had an intergrated washing machine delivered today and Dale answered all my questions in a timely manner he was very helpful. To the delivery time slot that you can follow. And to the two amazing delivery men who were so very kind helpful and outstanding service. This whole company was amazing I’m very happy and will be telling friends and family about you . Thank you once again.

Made a purchase fire elect direct for one reason and another. I wasn’t happy with the first one. It wasn’t the correct model that I thought it was no fault of theirs. They picked it up and delivered me. Another choice of mine it arrived. It’s working great I had a young gentleman called Dale dealing with me over the 10 day. Who touch base and let me know every step of the way that what was happening how it was gonna progress and was phenomenal throughout. I couldn’t ask for a better customer service so much appreciated.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Purchased a fridgemaster American fridge freezer. Great pictures showing slight dent on very bottom corner of the back left side. Very transparent and absolutely brilliant delivery booking system. Arranged delivery for the Sunday (three days after purchase) drivers were fantastic and I'm thrilled with my new fridge.
Will definitely be back to buy more appliances
Thank you

Great product everything is ok just that I paid for old fridge to be removed and they said I didn’t that’s y I have 3 stars

Great price, product as described and caring delivery guys.

Great delivery to my kitchen. Fast delivery. Awesome service

Customer service is perfect answer to email in seconds . They are ready to make Customer happy with any solution. Delivery traceable step by step . To be honest it's best place to order your office or home equipments in the UK

Ordered a chest freezer. Arrived within in 3 working days. Very happy with our purchase.

What a great outlet . Found a gas range at a good price with only a minor flaw. Would recommend highly

Great product. Swift delivery with regular comms. No complaints from me.

Brilliant experience.

I bought a Dashcam which I thought was faulty but turned out it was two dodgy micro SD cards.

I arranged with Dale to collect twice which I had to cancel. It was no bother to them.

Brilliant service

I am pleased to commend this company for its exceptional professionalism, particularly in its sales and delivery services. The pricing was highly competitive, offering a £250 saving compared to larger corporations and a £200 saving versus online retailers for a Bosch fridge freezer, which also included a five-year guarantee. My sincere appreciation for your excellent service.

Great delivery service and the TV is fantastic. I saved over £100 by using this company. I strongly recommend checking out the website when purchasing a TV. I will definitely be shopping with ElekDirect again.

The sales and service advisor (Dale) restored my confidence in buying things online. Dale accepted that I had made a genuine mistake and arranged for the item to be returned and a refund issued.
I can honestly recommend AO as a good company to do business with and will always go to them first when I need anything.
