J’ai reçu au bout d’un mois, une mauvaise imitation d’une paire de croks pourries!

C’est une véritable arnaque

Jag köpte MaxErect efter reklam som lovade att man skulle få tillbaka hela beloppet inom 60 dagar om produkten inte fungerade – “inga formulär”, “inget krångel” och att det skulle räcka att skicka ett mejl.

Jag följde anvisningarna och använde en flaska i ungefär tre veckor, men upplevde inte den utlovade effekten. Jag kontaktade därför kundtjänsten. I stället för den enkla helåterbetalning som reklamen gav intryck av hänvisade företaget till att öppnade hälso- och hygienprodukter inte omfattades av återköp. Efter en lång mejlväxling erbjöds jag slutligen 60% återbetalning, utan krav på retur.

Det positiva är att företaget till slut erbjöd en delåterbetalning. Men min upplevelse är att deras hantering inte stämde överens med reklamens tydliga löfte om att det skulle vara enkelt att få tillbaka hela beloppet om produkten inte fungerade. Jag kan därför inte rekommendera produkten eller företaget utifrån min erfarenhet.

Kort omdöme
Jag köpte MaxErect på grund av en reklam som lovade full återbetalning inom 60 dagar om produkten inte fungerade, utan krångel. Produkten gav inte den effekt jag förväntade mig trots att jag följde anvisningarna. Efter många mejl erbjöds jag till slut 60% återbetalning, men inte den helåterbetalning som reklamen gav intryck av. Min erfarenhet är därför att garantin hanterades på ett annat sätt än vad reklamen lovade.

4 months waiting for my order which is have now given up on. These need to be investigated by consumer watchdog. Total scam artists fleecing people of their money. Beware avoid at all cost!!

I bought two Trainers from the site and I’ve been waiting over two months to get a refund. They keep making excuses in order to give back a refund. I’m gonna have to look into what I can do legally to get my money back.

I’m thinking of going to small claims and let them pay all my fees please if anyone sees this site do not order from them because they do not give your money back it is a bit of a fraud

I brought. grey Lacoste jumper for Christmas when it arrived weeks later it turned out to be a fake with no label. It cost me £45 which to me when it’s arrived it’s worth £5 emailed numerous times no response so now taking this further to trading standards as I’ve read all the other reviews on here and they are shocking that all these people have been conned out of money by this shabby fake business please do not buy from this company as you will be ripped off😡😡😡😡😡scammers 100 %

Is should be Removed from the Internet it's misleading i made an order i was told i would have it in a few days now 7 days later and it's Christmas Eve i now won't get it till after Christmas. All I would say is Don't do business with this site it's a very poor Service and you can't contact them.

Ladri mi hanno confermato l'ordine si sono presi i soldi mandandomi il numero tracking il pacco segnato come ricevuto ma non mi e arrivato niente

Ho comprato un pollaio e non mi è ancora arrivato niente da 4 mesi. Ho chiesto un rimborso ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Ho mandato parecchie mail, ma anch’esse senza nessun riscontro. Vergognatevi!

Acquisto e pagamenti effettuati, conferma di pagamento immediato tramite il sito ma, mai arrivata nessuna mail di conferma quindi mi sono subito allertata.
Dopo qualche giorno dato che non era arrivata nessuna risposta o data di consegna mi accingo a scrivere una mail al servizio clienti recuperato tramite screenshot della conferma d'acquisto e mi rispondono che non hanno quel numero d'ordine e forse non ho ordinato sul loro sito nonostante abbia fatto vedere a loro anche le foto.

Truffatori. Ho acquistato un oggetto. Hanno fatto finta di mandare un tracking ( falso), e ovviamente non è mai arrivato nulla. Rispondono pure alle mie mail infuocate,con educazione dicendo che tra 4 giorni riceverò il rimborso. Ovviamente nessun rimborso. E io insisterò a inondali di mail infuocate. Maledetti
