Unprofessional maintenance company
I am extremely frustrated with the service I’ve received, particularly from the agent handling follow-up calls for Gabriel’s team. Her behavior has been consistently unprofessional—she speaks to customers in a dismissive manner, raises her voice on calls, and shows little willingness to assist.
Unfortunately, I was connected with her multiple times. During my first call, she failed to provide a time slot for my appointment and repeatedly told me to wait for a message that I never received.
On my second call, I reached out again to confirm the timing of my next appointment. Despite clearly explaining that I cannot take an entire day off work and need a specific time window, she responded with the same dismissive attitude, stated that “it’s the company system,” and abruptly hung up on me.
On my third call—after more than a month without resolution—her behavior escalated further. She raised her voice and insisted that they were waiting for authorization before booking another appointment, then told me to contact my insurance company (Best Buy) myself.
To clarify the situation: over the course of a month, a technician visited three times and still failed to diagnose the issue with my dishwasher.
* On the first visit, I was told the motherboard needed to be replaced.
* On the second visit, the motherboard was installed, but the issue persisted. I was then told the problem was actually the washing pump.
* On the third visit, the pump was replaced, but the dishwasher still did not work. At that point, I was told the issue was again the motherboard—but that the newly installed one was defective.
Additionally, the issue was escalated to Electro Experts on March 28. As of today, May 1, there is still no resolution, no clear direction, and not even confirmation that the root cause is indeed the motherboard.
After all of this, I received no communication or follow-up. When I called for an update, I was again met with the same dismissive agent telling me to wait for authorization.
This entire experience has been unacceptable. The technicians appear unable to properly diagnose or troubleshoot the issue and seem to be guessing rather than following a clear, professional process. There has been no communication, no follow-up, and the customer service experience has been extremely poor.
Overall, this has been a highly disappointing and time-consuming experience.
