Dear Brooke, sorry you have given us a 1 star review for this, Please allow me to explain.
We are an independent business trying to stay alive in very tough trading conditions.
We are not , nor can compete with Nintendo, Amazon, Tesco, Argos etc.
Based on our official cost prices from Nintendo we would make less than £13 per console before any shipping, staffing and credit card or payment charges.
In fact we would lose money for every console we shipped at a SUGGESTED retail price.
This is easy for Nintendo, who make and own the products and some of the larger National retailers who may purchase 10,000s but not easy for independent retail to support based on margins and small allocations.
We have a limited number of consoles so rather than creating bundles with unwanted products and totalling £600 +, we have put a price that just about covers our costs and allows us to ship to our customers, making them happy they have this product for release date.
Making this a product where we do not lose money will enable us to pay the small team of staff their salaries each month rather than making people redundant.
Hope this helps clarify our situation.

Waste of time
Ordered game (common game, 'Death Stranding' PS5) on 10th April... heard nothing at all by 14th so chased up. Nothing again. Chased up again on 15th and was told my email had gone into their junk folder. I was then told that the game would be in their stock tomorrow (16th) and asked if I would like to wait for them to receive it and then send it to me or be refunded. I asked for refund - I was then told that they might not even receive it on the 16th anyway! They apologised, but that won't get back all this wasted time. Will never use again. Absolutely do not recommend.

Amazing customer service!
Can highly recommend Electric Games. First discovered them through their eBay account and decided to skip the middleman.
They had by far the most competitive price amongst any retailer for the PS5 version of Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Deluxe Edition.
I did have an issue with the courier causing damage to the product, but their customer support was absolutely fantastic. Danny sent me a returns label and arranged for a replacement to be sent out very quickly.
Happy to say the replacement arrived in perfect condition. They have pleased a very fussy customer, I can’t fault them. I’ll definitely be using them again in future!

Insane delivery and pricing
Pre ordered Sonic X Shadow Generations from this company yesterday morning and received the package less than 24 hours later despite the games release not happening until October 25th. Incredible delivery service and incredible pricing that left me wondering if i had been scammed until it actually turned up. will be using more often
