Dreadful! Do NOT use them……
This is a dreadful company, avoid them at all costs. We were referred by our insurer for a cooker repair, almost three months on it is still not fixed. They attempted one repair which made no difference, came out twice more with the wrong parts and then blatantly lied about us not being in for the latest appointment. We have cctv evidence to prove they are being dishonest. Their customer care is absolutely non existent; they do not keep you in touch, the office staff are offhand and dismissive when you try to chase them and the electricians they do send out seem vague and uncertain. I thought the other reviewers on here were being overly harsh but sadly our experience has proved they were right. We refused to have them back and have been referred to a different company who were a vast improvement!

Honestly this is one of the worst services I have ever been to. Been without a washing machine for 2 and half weeks because of them damaging the glass they ordered. Also they ordered the wrong part even tho I provided them with all the information about the washing machine. Just to top it off they didn’t even turn up on on the day they was meant to come out no phone call message nothing. So so unprofessional all you have to do it look through the reviews and run a mile it’s simply not worth it going with this company that is a fact. This company work with AO so if u have warranty with AO tell them you would like another company to come out and sort ur washing machine not electrical logistics as this is the service you will get. Very rude no respect or time for there customers.
No show! No answers!
Waited in all day, no show. Rang them and asked when it will be as engineer supposed to be after 1pm, at 4pm they said he'll be there up to 7pm. Did he turn up? Nope! Will they reimburse me for a wasted day of holiday off work?

Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service. 6 weeks without a washing machine, 2 no shows from the engineers. Try to resolve an appointment to repair and get passed to a 3rd party company who state that no appointments are actually being made for the repair. Laundrette costs are £32 weekly for my family of 5 with a disabled child and a disabled adult in the home, this is a cost we simply cannot afford and they refuse to reimburse as its not covered by your warrenty, I'm having to take time off work to wait in for engineers or spend hours on the phone being passed from Hisense to Pacifica and from Pacifica to Electrical Logistics. They'll say that they will investigate this and contact you within the hour which they never do. Currys are useless and don't want to know as they divert you to Hisense and the customer service nightmare of being passed around continues. AVOID ANY APPLIANCE THAT USES THIS COMPANY FOR WARRANTY
Been waiting a month for a washing…
Been waiting a month for a washing machine repair. Apparently waiting for a part. Was told to follow it up with the supplier myself. This after a cancelled engineer visit. Still waiting for an engineer to come to fit a part to fix the waahing machine.
Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service! First appointment booked - no one called, no one showed, despite calling to find out if they were still coming. 2nd appointment, rude engineer - nothing sorted. Chase after chase, no answers - replace 3 parts. 5 weeks later - no news and no-one at the end of the phone gives the same version of events! Shocking company but I have no choice to stick with it - today I've been told to chase the part from supplier MYSELF. How they get anything done I have no idea

Booked to come and get call say not bothering to come as van broke down. Are getting a hire van so asked what time they coming. Not as easy as that. Explained ive made extra journey to wait at loss of earning tor day and what am i meant to cook on. Response we wont fix oven on the day anyway. So save your money snd tine go elsewhere

Booked a washing machine engineer for 21st November they stated he would give me a ring to notify when he would be arriving I rang 3 times during the day for information about the visit with no joy.I rang at 5.20pm and spoke to James who informed me he would not be coming.!!!! He stated he was going to inform me at 5.30pm!!! I am sure he would have lol .Waited in all day Why could the engineer not tell me he was running late and not coming!!!Such terrible customer service Steer Clear of this company

Terrible communication
I was informed by Hisense that this company would be carrying out a repair for them for a hob that was DOA. I was given a link to an online document used to follow progress, and I was given a date for the engineer visit, being told that I would be contacted the evening before to confirm a 2 hour window for this.
This did not happen, I twice contacted the company by telephone to ask what was happening, and both times was promised a call back, they did not keep this promise.
I then spoke with the retailer who chased up Hisense, (which I could see from the online document), trying to get information from the company. They did not respond.
Several days later the retailer agreed to take back the item, 2 hours after a replacement was installed I received a call from the company to inform me that they would be sending an engineer.
