I had 5 procedures in one surgery in September 2023. The entire process was very professional and stress free. Tummy tuck, lipo 360, muscle repair, breast reduction with implants and a mole removed. Surgery took less than 3 hours. I'm absolutely delighted with the results. The entire process from booking to aftercare was excellent. I am a nervous patient (i cry at the dentist :-) however Vivek and the nursing team really reassured me at every stage. The aftercare team was excellent and I was provided with a 24 hour emergency line to call outwith clinic hours. Elanic were slightly more expensive than other clinics however the results and care were worth it.

I had nipple augmentation and from start to finish everyone was very professional and friendly.
I actually wasn’t happy with my result (just a small thing at no fault of the surgeon) and he fixed it free of charge.
I’m so happy with my results and feeling a lot more confident!

Met with Dr Vivek and Charlene, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They were both very professional and answered all my questions.
I’ve now had my surgery and I’m over the moon with results.
The clinic is spotless and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly!

Where to begin! What a fantastic experience I have had with Elanic from start to finish. The whole team was so welcoming and friendly which put me right at ease from the get go. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone around summer time of this year about rhinoplasty. I think he said he was the manager or owner of Elanic, I can’t quite remember.

It was a very lengthy phone call and I explained that years previous, I had an open septo-rhinoplasty through the NHS to correct a breathing problem only. This was not a cosmetic procedure.
At the end of the call, he quoted me a price of £6000 or around that price.
I finally saved the 6K to book. Called Elanic this week and was told “they’ve only recently increased their prices to £9,995” without honouring the price that their manager, having known the facts, quoted me.

Totally and utterly disappointed in the lack of communication between staff. Must be really busy to turn away 6K from a customer. Thanks Elanic. 😊

Communication and aftercare leaves a lot to be desired. Had surgery August 22 and still waiting for follow up consultation despite calls to which I am still waiting reply. Happy with surgery but was to decide if I wanted another procedure at follow up which I did.

From start to finish great experience meet Kimberly who told what was going to happen . Then the consultant came in explained my options and gave me choices. Theatre staff lovely .
