I purchased a cardigan which looked very good quality. It was shipped from China and was of the poorest quality, wrong size, had holes in the material. After a lot of back and forth via email they offered a 25% reduction and I could keep the item which I refused. I've now been told to return the product to China at my own expense and once the poor quality has been accepted then they'll refund. Please don't be fooled by their website. They are scammers.

Very happy with item purchased but delivery was a bit slow.

Easy enough to order online although I haven't received my order as yet so unable to comment on that for now.

These are scammers as the linen dress I ordered is different to the nasty, cheap version l received which looked like it was hand sewn with hanging thread and not the one on the Elaine Hart London website. Disgusting scammers, someone needs to put a stop to this.

The dress arrived late. Nothing at all like the one advertised. Cheap Temu knockoff. No embellishments whatsoever and very disappointed at the lack of decent quality. No response from the company when asked for return label and refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Avoid like the plague.

Cheap shoddy pieces of plastic sewn together to resemble a dress. Feels like a shower curtain. Do not not touch this company - they are nothing to do with London - they are a Chinese ghost company. You cannot return the goods as you would have to send them back to China. They offer 25% of your money back and you can keep the goods.

Do not use this site. Fake dresses , cheap pathetic copies not worth even £10 arrived.
