Used this company two years ago and was very happy and decided to use them again.

This time I am a bit upset about the level of services.
As soon as removers arrived they started to ask for more money, without calling and officially agreeing with the manager. I wrote to the manager about it and got no response.

Two guys who did our removing behaved quite unprofessional at times - commenting on the apartments (asking how much we pay for the rent, commenting about the quality of the apartments etc.) and our private belongings, they looked very grumpy and unhappy that we didn't offer them more money. This made me very uncomfortable and left an unpleasant feeling during the whole removing process.
I had to ask them several times not to drag furniture on the floor as it left marks as they kept doing it repeatedly.

In all fairness, they did loading and unloading quite fast, but I would not use them again because of this unprofessional behaviour from the removal guys.

Brilliant service! The three removal guys were friendly, polite and very efficient. A couple of very small items were damaged, however they held their hands up and disclosed this immediately and offered to pay for the damages. In addition they were substantially cheaper than several other quotes and Peter, the boss and main point of contact was very clear and straight forward from start to finish!

I had a 2day move recently and had EJ Moves booked.
The lads arrived on time at 8.15, and immediately went to work loading. They were friendly, efficient and worked very hard all day, only finishing at 8.30pm! The second day was slightly easier for them as it was collecting from a storage unit and delivering to my new house. Again, they were on time at 9am and finished by 4.30.
I cannot recommend them highly enough! Peter called to check all was ok late on the first day and made sure that my packaging materials had all arrived prior to the move. A very successful job done!

Fantastic! The two removal men worked so incredibly hard in hot weather and in challenging conditions whereby they had to move me out of a second floor flat without a lift! They made the day as stress free as possible. I am 37 weeks pregnant so this was very much appreciated and I would not have been able to do it without them! Highly recommended and great value.

I would highly recommend this company if you are moving. They were extremely professional and provided an outstanding service. The men were friendly and courteous and we would use them again in a heartbeat!

The movers were really thorough in dismantling and then wrapping up the more fragile items. They were polite, punctual and worked fast. We were very impressed they took care of our belongings. Would definitely use them again.

I would just like to say how very professional this company were when they moved me. We had a terrible ex perience last year, which made me very nervous however the men could not have been more helpful, curtious or professsional. I will recommend this company to any one from now on. They are really professional service provider and the best thing is the sincerity they show. Moreover, they really kept the pricing quite competitive and I guarantee that nobody will provide such amazing service at that price.

Great service, on time and not afraid of work, had to dismantle and assemble a wardrobe to get it to our top floor. highly recommend them.

From the straight forward over the phone quote, to the quote half the price of several other companies, and the seamless booking process and faultless communication, Peter was completely professional, helpful and filled me with confidence from the first time I spoke to him.

The two men that turned up on moving day were the most polite, hard working men I've ever had in my house. Nothing was too much trouble, they worked super fast and so hard to ensure everything was just as we wanted. In 2 runs our entire house had been taken apart, transported and rebuilt.

I cannot recommend Peter and his team enough.

Already left a review about their poor standard and not being trustworthy.
Their respond is more worrying. Totally ignore their customer's loss and try to twist everything back to the customer or lie about the customer's contacts with them. Shame on you.

EJ Moves were fantastic during the whole process of my move. I had to change my removal date a couple of times due to last minute reasons and they didn’t hesitate to help and re arrange a new date for me. Fantastic company would definitely use them again.

Highly recommended - very professional and helpfulp

I cannot fault the guys that have helped us move out. They arrived half an hour early on the time agreed, they moved all the stuff from the flat into the van in three hours and unloaded at the house in similar time. The two guys who came where very professional and could not be more helpful. They arrived at 8am and by 2:30 they had finished and all of my items where re built and in the house.

3 bed house move, Reading to Cambridge - Great communication from Eddie. The guys were absolute stars and worked so hard to carefully move our belongings. Would definitely recommend them !!!!
