EJ moves LTD were top dollar. Driver and his assistant arrived on time, politely asked me to show them what was required and then just got on with it. At the delivery end same thing. I would strongly recommend EJ moves anytime.

Great experience with ejmoves. They chaps were courteous, friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate the unusual set up at both houses. They were a little late, but kept in contact and traffic happens, so they can't control that. Moved all my stuff quickly and with no fuss. By far the cheapest quote we got, so despite my initial reservations, I would absolutely recommend them! Thank you so much for making the move so much easier!

EJMoves were fantastic! Really helpful and provided us with a great price for our removals. Ryan kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. Our buyers and where we were moving to made changes to dates and locations and Ryan could not be more helpful to accommodate those changes. When the team arrived on moving day, they were great and super efficient. Couldn’t have asked for more and I have already recommended them to family and friends who are due to move.

EJ Moves helped me move today. They were on time, professional and very efficient. Good communication from Ryan in the office and the lads who did the removal did a great job. I would be happy to recommend to others.

More attention to estimating size of vehicle required. Guys who did the move were fantastic working quickly, efficiently and politely.

Excellent service. Made moving out of London a really easy experience, especially during the pandemic! Would thoroughly recommend them. This is the third time we have used EJ Moves and always a top quality service.

Accepted a quote to move from Dunstable to North Devon in December 2020. House sale all sorted. Rang Peter from E J Moves to confirm the booking, he said he'd ring me back. Tried ringing a number of times with no answer, March 2021, still waiting for the call back. This resulted in me having to find another removal company with two days notice adding a lot more stress and cost to the move, completely let me down at the last minute. Do not trust them.
Update following the reply. The call back I was supposed to get from Peter was for him to take a deposit. If they had decided not to take the job the decent thing to do is to contact the customer and let them know, not just stop taking their calls.

2 guys turned up with a Van not big enough to move my stuff. This resulted in me hiring a van to carry the remaining good to the new house.

Also a bag of expensive trainers went missing during the move and EJmoves still haven’t responded to this day.

I would avoid using this company as they hire third party drivers and once paid aren’t too bothered about customer service.

I am happy to recommend this company. Very good service all round. Reasonable prices, and extremely efficient staff. The removal men were very professional. They arrived on time, were polite, worked hard and quickly, both packing and unpacking our boxes and furniture. We couldn't have asked for more.

Fantastic removal men who managed the logistics of ALOT of things to move and packed them with car and attention. At the storage unit they also took their time to make sure everything would fit in. I couldn't recommend EJ Moves more highly.

Fantastic removal company who we would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. Even after 2 very long days where completion failed and then almost failed again, the 2 removal men were polite, helpful and efficient. We couldn't believe how well they loaded the van (both times!) and on arrival at the property they kept checking where we would like things to be put. There was an enormous amount of waiting around and they didn't complain once. Great service and we are very thankful.
Ryan was also really helpful; quoting and booking our initial date over his weekend and then rearranging for the second date (also during his weekend). Great communication from him and clear instructions of what they needed from us.

extremly bad company AVOID at all cost's currently taking them to court as should everyone who has been taken for a ride by this company!!!

first they quoted us for 1850 cubic feet but provided only 1200 cubic feet and then on top charged us extra on the day of £90 for there being more box's than they thought!! .Yes we also had a 6 foot 5" guy bearing in mind i am disabled and that they could keep our stuff and charge us more decided to pay and then take to court to get everything owed back and on top of all that they dont care about your item's as thay take apart bunk beds and furniture and say there all made for one time use only as they say things to which they have not done at all !!!!

Also be aware of there main selling points IE £50,000 loss/damage insurance which after the fact found out that it is useless.

EJ Moves were brilliant. Peter is a very kind and pleasant man. The two removal men were amazingly efficient, they came in, never moaned about my heavy furniture, packed everything in the vans without stopping. Then put everything in the right place on arrival. Couldn't ask for a better service. The cost was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Really good services! I would recommend this services. I had the moving during lockdown period, the EJMoves staff carried out perfectly all the COVID-19 measures and all my furniture and boxes moved perfectly to my new place.
