Terrible Service, Nightmare Returns, Cost Me Nearly £300

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I ordered £300 worth of shoes, which arrived in crumpled boxes and felt extremely cheap. Returning them has been an absolute nightmare. The original packaging was too large for their own return service, so I had to find alternative packaging myself and pay extra to send them back.

I arranged a Royal Mail collection, which actually reached their Manchester location, only for the parcel to be rejected and sent back because “no one was available to receive it” - entirely out of my control.

Customer service has been shocking. Weeks of waiting for responses, being told to “wait” while management supposedly handled it, and receiving random automated and unrelated emails in between.

All this while Reveni were threatening legal action over repayment. Ego clearly never communicated with Reveni to explain the situation, and I was forced to pay an additional £20 fee on top of everything else.

Between returns, alternative packaging, and forced payments, this ordeal has now cost me nearly £300.
The product quality is poor, the returns process is impossible, and the customer service is completely unhelpful and dismissive.

I do not want these shoes, I do not want to deal with this company again, and I strongly advise anyone considering Ego to avoid them. This is what mismanagement, terrible customer service and a complete disregard for one's customers looks like.

No emails stating the change no warning no offer to refund my VIP also they are still selling the VIP offer on their website so I have reported to trading standards for false misleading advertising scammers do not buy!!!

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. I placed two orders in October and returned both because the quality of the clothing was extremely poor.

Now, in February, I am still dealing with these returns. I sent both parcels back, and according to the tracking information, they were successfully delivered.

Ego states that processing takes only a few working days, yet it has now been four months. The back-and-forth emailing is getting us nowhere.

Service client déplorable, ne sert à rien

J’ai commandé une paire d’escarpins, puis ai effectué un retour. Leur système pour créer l’étiquette de retour ne fonctionnait pas alors j’ai dû envoyer un mail au service client, qui m’a fait tourner en rond pendant deux semaines avant de m’envoyer l’étiquette puis cela fait maintenant 1 mois que le suivi colis m’indique que le colis est arrivé de leur côté mais je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé et le service client me fait encore tourner en rond et n’essaie même pas de voir où est passé mon colis. A fuir

1 star is far too much for this…

1 star is far too much for this company. Told me my order was cancelled so re-ordered another next day, only to be told that was cancelled to and it was a glitch on wevsite showing stock when there was no stock, so i left a few days ordered again after ensuring there was stock and ended up with 2.
When trying to return, the link kept saying not dispatched, after 2 weeks, they said they had manually updated so can now use returns portal. They expect me to arrange the return myself (currently don't have a working printer) and there not even offering a full refund.
Everytime i ask for them to collect and refund me, they keep saying they havw refunded me on the 13th Jan despite the order being placed on 14th Jan, i have screen shot the order confirmation showing it was placed on the 14th, and yet they have sent me another emaik today saying they have already refunded me on tbe 13th (this was for order that never came).
They ignore every request i have made to arrange collection, absolutely shocking service,. This all started when i exchanged for a smaller item back on 29th December

Terrible Returns Experience

Had my return rejected and Reveni, the company who deal with their returns have been harassing me ever since demanding money and threatening extra costs and putting me on a credit fraud list and all sorts! I might add these texts and emails continued even after making payment. I have now had to pay them
more than the item cost in hen first place just to get them off my back.

ho acquistato un abito per mia figlia mai arrivato. rispondono alle e-mail in modo evasivo e non sanno dare informazioni sulla tracciabilità della spedizione. dicono che si potrà fare il reso e il rimborso quando arriverà la merce: MA SE L'ARTICOLO NON ARRIVERA' MAI COME SI FA???? SOLDI PERSI.

I ordered 3 dress in Agust and one was…

I ordered 3 dress in Agust and one was torn the other two sizes are either big or small. I apply to return all three dress and was given a refund to 2 so had to go through a different process for the third dress as it was damaged. They offered 25% and for me to keep the dress which i refused and they said they will send a return label which hasn’t been sent till date. Last week I got a mail from them telling me to send back the money they refunded for one of the other two dresses that that my return was rejected or they’re going to involve the debt recovery team.
Efo officials. How possible is this

SAVE YOUR MONEY DON’T BUY FROM HERE

Biggest scammers ever. Ordered a pink skirt and it arrived with a purple stain on the back of it, skirt was completely see through and didn’t look like the image. Wouldn’t let me return my item and didn’t want to give me a full refund or to replace my item. They only refunded 30% of my item ‘in order for me to keep it’ honestly save your money and shop elsewhere, this company is just a waste of money.

Item arrived faulty

Item arrived faulty. At first I was asked to keep it and have a 25% refund which I clearly declined. Have been told they will send a label to return for free as item was not right but waiting on label to be sent. Emailed a few times to chase.
Customer service is slow and seems to be aimed at delaying refunds. Was asked to repeat problem & resend pictures more than once, surely they would have all that from my first contact. Be slow to order again from here

SCAMMM!!!! KEEP WELL AWAY!!!

Paid for next day delivery and didn’t arrive till three days later. The dress was too big in the top and the skirt for me so I returned it. Paid to get returns label and posted it off. Few days later got an email saying the couldn’t return it cos there was a perfume smell off it and sent me two pictures as evidence, like I could smell the dress through the screen. They then added I could have it back if I paid a fee. I had literally tried on the dress on for less than 5 minutes so I don’t know how it could have ‘strong perfume smell’, and they said I didn’t notify them of any issues as I only said it was too large. Emailed back how considering my next day delivery didn’t arrive next day, their poor customer service and they stated they were just gonna throw it away I asked for the dress to be delivered back for free. Got an email saying that it basically couldn’t be possible and to pay the postage fee back to me. SCAM!!!! Have never had any problem returning something till now and after reading these reviews I’m not the only person who’s had trouble with them. 36£ down the drain. STAY AWAY!!!!

Scammers!!!!!

Scammers!!!!!! I placed my order 23 days ago, I never received any package, they sent me a fake tracking number for the order, I don't know how and why after 2 weeks it was returned to the sender, after stupid emails we agreed to refund my money and since then ....silence .. they don't answer my emails and of course they don't refund the money!
I will have to contact the police and also the Internet Crime Complaint Center. This site should be closed!!!!

I will NEVER order anything from this company again. I ordered two pairs of boots, which showed up dirty. I decided to send the boots back. There’s a $30 fee to return. I paid the $30 and provided customer service with the proof of return on the day of the return. It took Ego almost two months to refund my money! I would reach out to them about the return time and time again and they would always say it was processed, even gave me a date. I finally asked to see proof of the return and that’s when they admitted that there was magically an error and they never even processed the refund. Honestly, I don’t think they ever intended to refund my money at all. If I wouldn’t have been persistent, I wouldn’t have received anything.

Damaged products, doesn't match description don't ever try to waste your money

I ordered four bags and it came in different package , the second bag was already cut, like with a blade , I'm going to return every thing I got because of this , I will shop the bags from Primark I regret and never again will I , first the bags didn't match the descriptions. These bags was suppose to be souvenir.
First when ordering I was under deceit that it was free shipping until I paid . Now I have to send the bags separately with my money I hate this company.

SIZING IS COMPLETELY OFF- WASTE OF MONEY

Company are a joke. I’m a size 12 ordered a skirt in M and L and even the L would probably would only fit a size 8. Paid 2 lots of delivery fees including a £7 NDD fee plus 2 return fees. Lost out on £17 and left with no skirt. Emailed them and they could not care less 😂 will never order again. Useless

Don’t order from these

I recently sent back a top given the sizing was too large in which ego stated they ‘weren’t providing a refund given the top had makeup on.’ This was tried on by my 14 year old daughter, whom the top was bought for, and doesn’t wear makeup. When we have tried to explain they have told us they can, ‘send back the top for free,’ although the reason we sent this back was the sizing so this wouldn’t be worn. We are yet to receive any form of fair compensation and am writing the review given the lack of care for customers and consumers rights and to warn others of their inappropriate behaviour.
