The process of getting the mattress was quick and easy. When I slept on it, it was like sleeping on a cloud. Will definitely purchase again in the future and recommend to friends and family. Definitely worth the price you pay, I had gotten the queen size 14" hybrid and I will never get a normal mattress again!

Easy purchasing, great price for affordability and the mattress is comfortable, a perfect medium, soft but firm and an easy switch from a pillow top mattress to something with a bit more firmness.

A year ago, I ordered a similar mattress from Amazen. For around $200. Well, it only lasted 6 months before I felt like I was sinking to the center. It did not perform well. I have had the EGO mattress from a week, and I don't think I well ever have a problem. It is FIRM yet feels soft to lay on. I have fallen asleep and stayed asleep better than any other mattress in the past. I would suggest and have to friends. I love the black rich color of the fabric. I opened the box and let it set for 48 hours, as suggested. Only bad thing I have to say, when moving it from one room to its final resting place. it was hard to move because there are not handles to grab onto. For one person it is a struggle. But in the end, it fits my bed frame perfectly. And I'm happy.

I ordered this for our first house my fiancé and I purchased. We had a great night in our brand new bed in our brand new home. It’s a quality bed and feels just as comfortable as many much more expensive options. Its ease of opening and setting up was wonderfully convenient. I loved EGO and will recommend to my family and friends. Great experience!!

Send me the wrong mattress I ordered a king they sent a double had family here had to put up with what they sent me. Never heard about any refund or sending me the right one.It was a great inconvenience.

Well, I was sent the wrong size and did not realize it til after unwrapping. That is the only reason I deducted a star. The company handled the mistake phenomenally. The mattress itself is so comfortable, it's nice to wake up with zero back pain! Delivery is super fast as well. Customer service is a delight to have to deal with.

I previously bought this same mattress in King size. I needed a mattress for my spare bedroom so I ordered the same mattress in Queen. Love this mattress.
