Absolute Junk! The computer board fused out and when I emailed the company, they said don't worry we will take care of the problem and refund or replace the item. After a week, I get a message from the company. "You did not buy the treadmill directly from us, you bought it through one of our dealers at Amazon. Therefore we cannot replace, refund or repair the item under warranty" What good is having a warranty? Last purchase I will ever make through this company.

This company will not fulfill warranty claims! I’ve been going back-and-forth for weeks about my Ego fit pro M1 treadmill that broke within a few months. They advertise one year warranty, they’re now telling me they will not fulfill it. Beware of this company! Do not buy their treadmills or any products from them!

I was very happy overall. Communication was quick and the treadmill is great!

Equipment looks OK but beware they have fake reviews on their website and so can not be trusted. I originally saw the treadmill I was considering on another very known marketplace known for it reviews... which I read. I decided to go to the main brand website to see what that said and if it was worth buying there.

The same reviews were taken from that website but instead of giving them the original star rating they were all adapted to 5 star reviews...AMAZingly hONesty. One very detailed 3 star review I'd just read fully now had 5 stars.

I'm still considering the item, but I now have zero guilt at buying it from that other marketplace at a discounted price, because I know if there is a problem I can return it and this company have shown on their website that they are not afraid to use dishonest practices.
