Foarte dezamagita am ramas, am simtit efectiv ca mi se iau banii degeaba , am fost in Stanmore EgoDent , la dr Orsolya pentru o recimentare de masea , mi s a zis ca trebuie sa achit 80£ cu 50£ avans , dna doctor s a uitat , mi a zis ca nu mi o poate recimenta ,ca mi face dansa o radiografie la masea sa vada ce i acolo si i s a aparut ca ar vedea o infectie care la mine e asimptomatica , eu dandu le acel avans de 50£ , maseaua nepusa ,am considerat ca nu mai trebuie sa platesc nimic ,in schimb do'nsoara de la receptie mi a zis ca mai trebuie sa platesc inca 15£ pt radiografia la maseluta , uite asa am dat 65 £ pe nimic + o ora de condus , nu mai calc pe acolo...

Mulțumesc Doamnei Pediatre o doamna extraordinara ,un personal extraordina felicitări și fetelor de la recepție care sunt de asemena foarte drăguțe. Am avut parte de o experienta foarte plăcută ținând cont ca unde te duci la consultați toți te fugăresc din cabinet însă aici ți se acorda timp poți discuta liniștit problemele felicitări. Recomand cu multa incredere

Astăzi am găsit un medic care își face datoria ! La câți mai multi ca acest medic!

Posting this on behalf of my partner. She found the Invisalign treatment worked well. The problem with Egodent is the customer service. Unfortunately, appointments very rarely ran on time. The clinic often would ring to change the appointment with poor excuses/bad organisation and the change would often be close to the original appointment time. The worst case was the day before the appointment the time was changed. Then at 19:00 that evening another call to say that the reason for the appointment was not possible and instead would have to either wait around for hours or have more delays before receiving the required retainer. On top of this there has been 3 unnecessary appointments due to incompetence by the lab they used. There is very little apology and there has certainly not been any offer of help regarding the inconvenience they cause.

I do not recommend this clinic, on the phone I was told the amount of £250 for some tests, but when I got there after collecting the tests they said the amount of £750. It would be correct to ask exactly from the phone, the receptionist knew exactly what tests I had to do because I told her from the beginning.

As always Dr Tiplic made my experience amazing, always professional and strives to guarantee perfect patient care, i would recommend Egodent 100%.

Cand toata viata ai avut probleme cu dintii, iar unii doctori mai mult au stricat decat au ajutat cu repararea danturii, stii sa apreciezi un bun doctor, cu mana usoara, dar si cu expertiza profesionala. Chiar daca a trebuit sa traversez Londra in mai mult de o ora jumatate, prefer sa apelez la un doctor de incredere si de ajutor, la d.l Dr. Ionut Nistor, inca din 2015.

Every interaction with Egodent’s team is pleasant at Walton on Thames office. The reception staff is always very helpful and supportive.
During the time, unfortunately, it was necessary to use many times the dental services but, fortunately, I dealt with some amazing doctors in Egodent, such as Dr. Ancuta Tiplic, Dr. Ioana Anton, and recently Dr. Ana-Andreea Vasiliu.
Always I was surprised to be treated exceptionally.

I had my teeth done 3 years ago now and have never had any issues with them. The doctor I had was beyond amazing, I am quite a terrified person and he made the whole procedure reassuring and easy. I’ve had multiple checkups since and everything has been outstanding.
