Quite simply, outstanding!

Car immaculate, drivers impeccably polite, very caring service. Taken to and collected following heart surgery from Harley st clinic, the driver ensured that the route out of London avoided speed bumps and traffic jams to make sure I was not jolted around.

Excellent, efficient, and reasonable cost. Had a special request for one reservation and it was taken care of with courtesy and without fuss. Drivers are impeccably professional. Couldn’t ask for a better service!

I had a really great experience with EG Chauffeurs, everything - their customer service team and the driver were extremely professional, efficient and customer oriented. The company driver Jamal was punctual, respectful, drove very well and his car was premium clean and tidy. EG Chauffeurs are great. They have a simple and easy booking service with very quick responses on email. Booking was simple and efficient. I liked that they sent me details of my driver the night before my booking. My driver Ben was professional, punctual and very smart. He drove very well. The car was also very clean and tidy. Ben and Emra were very professional, on time/reliable, and helpful. The company was easy to work with through email (my preferred method), but also called when necessary. I used them for pickup and return to LHR, trips to and from Eurostar terminal and New Year’s Day parade drop off. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

EG Chauffer Service WOWED us with their excellent service. We used them for 4 journeys over a period of 8 days and we could not have been more pleased. They go the extra steps to make sure their clients are given the best experience. It was so convenient to have them pick up and drop off from hotel to hotel. My husband and I did not want to drive in the UK and we also did not want to depend on trains(which went on strike during our visit.) Nor did we want to waste precious time waiting for trains/connections. EG allowed us to focus on our travel experiences. The EG drivers were friendly, reliable and committed to our needs. The vehicle was immaculate and comfortable.

A strike cancelled our train service from London to Paris and we were desperate to find transportation with less than a week’s notice. This entire service was perfect. The owner was very responsive and helpful as we made our reservation, and our driver Ben was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. We could not have asked for more.
