suggestion for improved service
Very pleased with the overall service and our driver Jamal was very nice..when I asked him to lower the music because I had a headache, he was very kind to do so .But as a suggestion ,perhaps the driver should ask 8f its ok to have the radio playing..

I have just spoken with our chauffeur Jamal, who admits the radio was on Smooth radio on a lower volume; however, he didn't ask you before and sincerely apologises for that. Jamal is a very polite and professional chauffeur; I can assure you that it wasn't intentional.
We usually advise our chauffeurs to play the magic or smooth radio for a more relaxed and pleasurable journey for our clients, but of course, they have to ask the clients first.
We are sincerely sorry, and we will take your suggestions on board and ensure this will not happen again with you or any other client.

Very professional service
EG Chauffeurs provides very professional Limousine services. We have used them on various occasions and can only recommend them. Driver are always on time, friendly, competent and absolutely professional. Booking process is made easy for the customer.
We think it helpful to receive contact details of the driver incl. a photograph prior to pick up.
The pay-system is absolutely fabulous - quick, simple and very user friendly.

Excelente service
I used EG Chauffeur service for the King’s coronation and it was excellent. I request the service from airport pick up out to central London and another set of rides through email (sometimes by phone) and kept changing the time and service hours, but Ervin, the manager was so patient and pleasant answering all my emails and calls.
Ben and Raimond, the chauffers was very professional and gentle. I highly recommend EG Chauffeur and I would not hesitate to use their service again.

EG Chauffeurs were very reliable. As an EA, one of my biggest worries is when my executive travels and wondering if the ground transportation is on time and on location. EG communicated with me throughout my executive's travel and I always knew he was taken care of.
