J ai commandé une robe sur mesure qui ne respecte aucune des mesures communiquées. Elle est trop petite et trop courte de 15cm !!! Horreur !!
Suis très triste
Je contacte le SAV de suite et vous tiendrai au courant de la suite

J'ai acheté une robe de demoiselle d'honneur verte sauge, avec mes mensurations histoire d'être sûre de la taille. Résultat, la robe est belle, elle est bien de la bonne couleur mais impossible de monter la fermeture éclair, elle est beaucoup trop petite. Et biensur quand c'est du sur-mesure on ne peut pas la faire renvoyer... c'est honteux et ce site est mensonger à mon goût. Très déçue surtout à ce prix là

First up, his is a genuine review, not some automated bot / paid advert nonsense. I've ordered two dresses from edressit.com, one for graduation and another for a ball/black tie event. It's fantastic to have a custom size option for such a reasonable price, as I'm quite tall and struggle to find something comparable elsewhere. Both dresses are amazing and fit like a glove (get your measurements right, that's the key - had my first ones taken by a seamstress). Have gotten many compliments on my dresses and have recommended this page several times to other now happy customers. I'm not getting paid for adverts or anything, just wanted to leave a legit positive review. There are plenty of other sites out there that are textbook "this is what happens when you order a dress online - youtube fail" examples. This is not one of them. I will oder from edressit again!

This dress is a dream. I recived a lot of compliments from all my friends. Perfect ! I raccomand it!

We bought a dress seize 10 measurements were off when received . We had to courier back . Now they want another $59 us$ to Custome make.

I would reconsider ordering from this company .

Superbes robes telles que sur les photos. Belles qualités de coupes et tissus. Rapport qualité prix imbattable.
Attention toutefois à bien se référer aux mensurations toujours précisées pour chaque robe et non aux tailles indiquées car elles ne correspondent pas à notre système métrique. J ai acheté 3 fois. 3 fois j ai été enchantée. 🥇🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Do not buy from them! I have spent time reading on reviews about them but still i got tricked. I bought a dress with flower lace patches all over the dress. Firstly they sent me wrong size. One size smaller but luckily i managed to fit in. But due to the design of the dress with a golden line at the waste area, it makes me looks shorter. Also they are cutting corners on the lace patches and there are obviously many lace flowers which are missing compare to the photo. So this has impacted the overall design of the dress. As expected when i wrote to them, first email already they said things contrary to what i said such as they did sent me the right size and also the handsewn flower lace does not look alike the photo it is normal bcos it is handmade but hey i am talking about quantity. Anyway it is very obvious they are buying time by not answering me right away how to get a refund. Now that i read about other people ordeal with their return process, i would just keep it. Too bad but it is better then i might encounter "lost" returned goods or short money on refunds. This is to avoid me having more disappointment in future…….

Mauvaises finitions et qualité médiocre du tissu. Il n'y a pas de SAV. Acheter sur eressit est une mauvaise idée.

It's a SCAM, don't waste your money ladies. The dress I got was made from cheap fabric with cheap lace and a poor imitation of the dress in the photo. Very incompetent company

الشحن سريع وخدمة العملاء متجاوبة وهذي ثاني تجربة معهم الأولى كانت جيدة لكن اخر تعامل لي معهم كان سيئ للاسف الخامة مختلفة عن الوصف في الوصف خامة الفستان مخمل ووصلتتي خامة جداً رديئة ورخيصة ,وانتظر منهم مساعدتي علماً أن مناسبة ارتداء الفستان قد حانت وليس لدي خيار اخر سوى شراء فستان جديد وخسارة مبلغ اخر غير الذي خسرته
حاولت أن اكتب تقييم في نفس الموقع لاينشر إلا التقييم العالي وهذا خداع

I ordered two dresses .. several emails back and forth about US size verses UK Sizes . I ordered dresses what I thought was the correct sizes. One of the dresses needed to be made because they didn’t have the size I needed. Both dresses were at least two sizes to small. If you have a website that caters to Americans than you should have knowledge of the differences in the US and Uk size. Never did salesperson suggest to send measurements to insure that the dress would fit correctly . I sent dresses back in February which cost me close to $60.. Dresses never reached destination. Went through so much red tape to locate dresses which were finally returned to me in June .. NEVER AGAIN !!!! Don’t waiste your money or time with EDRESSIT .

I saw a beautiful dress on their website which I thought would be perfect for my pre-wedding photo shoot. I ordered well in advance and they said it would take around 3 weeks to custom make and ship to the UK - it was late. I chose the colour I wanted and had my mum (who is a tailor) measure me using their diagrams to ensure everything was correct. The dress arrived in a different shade to the colour I wanted but I didn’t mind this too much as the colour was still pretty. When I put the dress on however, I was disappointed that it did not fit at all. It was too loose and too long. Due to the design of the dress it is near impossible to fix it in the time frame I needed it by now that it was late. It also looks cheap with threads loose and material sitting badly. I wrote to edressit to explain that the dress did not fit but they would not give me a refund. If trustpilot had an option to post pictures of what was expected vs what arrived, I’m sure you’d be as gobsmacked as I was! For the amount of money I spent on this dress, I could probably have just had it custom made in the UK by someone who actually knew what they were doing!! A member of staff called Trista replied to most of my emails - I should have had alarm bells ringing when she was unable to tell me what colour a particular dress was on the chart over about 6 emails, unfortunately I think she might have them made it up! I would definitely avoid at all costs.

I went to the London shop 2 years ago to buy a prom dress and had a greta experience and did purchase a dress, so 2 years on I go back to help my sister look for a prom dress; we arrived at the shop and pressed the doorbell and the lady in the shop saw us arrive and proceeded to very slowly make her way to let us in. She then didn't say a word when we entered the shop and didn't ask us if we needed any help or sizing, just sat down in her chair on her phone so customer service was shocking. There were hardly any dresses int he shop and the ones they did have were all in very large sizes so difficult to tell if I would actually look good! The dresses were tatty and the tops were broken. My sister did try a few on as we'd made the effort specially to go to the shop so may as well make the most of it. We picked up 3 dresses and said to the women please may we try these on and she just said yes, did not tell us where the changing room was or anything. After then asking she told us it was downstairs. The women also told us that only the dresses hanging up in the shop were for sale when in fact there was a whole store room of different dresses and sizes down stairs so she really didn't have a clue what she was doing. Long story short, don't waste your time, the customer service was non existent and the dresses weren't even worth buying especially since they are not cheap!

Can’t believe I decided to order a dress from when quality was not good at all and the top part of the dress was way too short.
I decided to return the item and started the return policy, I asked them for refund and in every e-mail they kept saying “if you still need a refund” well yes this is was I’m returning!!!
When the dress arrived I saw the address that it arrived from was from West London, I leave east London but still I have been harged 25,00£ just for delivery while the package was delivered by ryal mail and cost them 4,40£ end of the story.
Customer pays to return the item so 4,40£ more added to the cost of this dress, good enough I was expecting to pay that money.
When the return came they just refunded the price of the dress without the 25£ delivery cost even if in their website there is written that the customer does pay a restocking fee of 20€ for the free shipping item, but I did actually pay the delivery whne I bought it!!!!

They send me back a link that states that edressit can charge for restocking fee, I would like to understand on what criterias they can do that.

Sending rubbish quality dresses to get them returned and earn money on it, in the meantime I payed 30£ extra for nothing!!! That’s 3 hours of hard work!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE!!

Magnífico! Pedí un vestido para una boda y me llegó en 3 días a pesar de que ponía que tardaria entre 7 y 10!! Calidad excelente, exacto a la foto y talla perfecta, bordado en la espalda con brillantitos es precioso, repito segurísimo!! Aún ni me lo creo, y sólo 93€ un vestido así habria triplicado el precio en cualquier otra tienda...

I purchased dress on August 4 ,I paid extra $ 42 for the faster shipping ,they promised I will receive the item in 3 business days , I needed this dress for (august 12) for my sister wedding
I emailed them that I was worried and I was afraid if I don't receive the dress on time they told me calm down you'll receive that the dress on time so I didn't buy any other dress and I trusted them and I waited , I did not received the dress after 8 days waiting for it ,
I didn't receive the dress and I didn't have any dress for my sister wedding I have no time to buy another dress
Such a disgrace and scandal customer service!! They played and killed my time and my money I had no dress for my sister wedding
Worse than that I was begging them to refund my money and he said that they will refund me after they receive the item back although I never got the dress but they refused to refund me neither and I had to beg them over PayPal to refund my money untill now they have not refunded me yet and I'm sending messages to them to please refund my money back over PayPal
There is a number on their site but they can't speak English they respond to emails to days later they have a horrible and on trusted business just be aware they killed and wasted my time and money for two weeks just for a dress

I ordered a dress from edressit for my graduation and requested 3-7 day express shipping. My dress came three weeks later, the fabric looked extremely cheap, the threads were sticking out all over the dress and when I tried to return it, they refused to take it back.

After long searching the shops for my ceremony dress, I decided to buy from them. Good quality and reasonable price 😀
