This was meant to be a surprise Valentine’s Day gift for our daughter from her grandparents. The product never arrived and our emails have gone unanswered. The phone number also doesn’t work and goes right to voicemail. We got a refund by disputing charge with our credit card company.
I ordered a fruit bouquet for my partner on 31st Oct. On 5th Nov the tracking link showed it was with DHL. DHL then didn't deliver it until 8th Nov (presumably throughout this time it was not refrigerated) by which time unsurprisingly the fruit had gone rotten, which made a lovely gift... Of course DHL are partially responsible but Edible Bouquets have not responded to my multiple emails requesting a refund for the poor service, as ultimately they are the vendor. Do not waste your money ordering through this company!
Completely disappointed! I ordered a naughty but nice luxury bouquet for my mother for a family party she was hosting. This was meant to be part of our dessert. It didn’t turn up and we were left without the main part of our dessert.
Ordered on 21st August, no delivery of product, no response to emails and no return to my phonecalls or voicemails. The delivery was due on 23rd August. They took full payment when confirming the order and still today I am yet to hear back.
I placed an order for delivery to a London area address on 18 August 2025. My credit crad was charged the full payment the same day. However, up till today (21 August 2025) the order has not been delivered. I have sent two emails but none have been returned. I tried calling two phone numbers I found but there is no one at the other end. One of the numbers went to a voice mailbox where I left a message. I am concerned that this business may have gone out of business. In that case the website should not be accepting new orders. Please investigate this business further. I may have lost my money -- the worst nightmare of an online shopper. In 20 years of online shopping, it had never happened to me in the past.
I placed an order on 30.06.25 for delivery on 03.07.25, and the item, which is perishable has still not been delivered. I chased on the 7th as the item had not been delivered, no response, and so I chased again on the 8th. I finally received tracking data from DHL that it was collected on the 10th in Cardiff, it is now the 16th, and the gift has still yet to be delivered to Chester. I have chased both companies and the only response is silence, such lack of acknowledgement silence is insulting.
I ordered two edible bouquets from Edible Bouquets on 10th June, giving plenty of notice for delivery on specific dates — 19th and 21st June — to coincide with the recipients’ birthdays. Instead, I received a DHL notification for delivery of both on 25th June — days late, and one a full week after the intended date.
This completely missed the mark and ruined the surprise. I emailed, left two voicemails, and even sent a message via their partner site (uniquegifting.co.uk) — not a single response.
To make matters worse, the most recent review on their own website is from 2018, which should have been a red flag.
I would never use this company again, and will be spreading the word across social media and my extensive PA network to warn others. A huge letdown.
This company took my money and never delivered the fruit basket that was supposed to be delivered on Thanksgiving Day. They won't answer the phone, won't reply to my emails, or Facebook messages. It started out with a mistake on my end where I forgot to include a flat/apartment #. I immediately replied within 30 mins of then asking for it. I have screenshots and dated emails as proof. They said I never sent them the flat #, I sent them a screenshot of the information and date and time stamp. I've never heard from them again after probably a dozen messages. Do not use this company at all if you actually need something delivered on time or at all. Been trying to get this resolved 2 weeks with no response.
