Exceptional Service
I purchased a hide chair several years ago and one of the extendable legs failed. It was not originally sold by Edgar Brothers and was well outside the warranty period.
I contacted Edgar Brothers as they are the UK importers for this American brand.
They were exceptional from the very first contact, the customer service was fabulous and they sent a new chair leg FOC by next day courier. I was more than happy with the service which was above and beyond what could reasonably be expected.
What a great customer focused service! A big shout out to William Hewitt who made this happen

Superb customer aftercare when a pair of boots developed a fault after 13 months. Super efficient communication throughout the process of a warranty claim to full resolution. Perfect example of customer care. Would thoroughly recommend. 5*
