Bought a pair of secateurs and loppers at Malvern show. Loppers didn't work and we were told they would be replaced if we returned them .That was two months ago
They don't respond to emails. Two of the telephone numbers do not work . A third number has an ansaphone msg. which doesn't mention the company name.
My advice.... buy elsewhere don't waste your money

I hired Eden Gardens to revamp my back garden.
Pros:
- communication with Ivan was quick and efficient, he’s very responsive by email
- good quality of work done by the team on-site

Cons:
- the quote confirmed I wanted a 5’x6’ shed, but on the day (when I was out) they installed a 4’x6’ shed without asking if I was ok with it, and didn’t apologise for not providing what I wanted. Ivan made excuses that the supplier didn’t have the right size in stock, but then it came out that actually he hadn’t looked back to what was agreed in the quote.
- we confirmed that a fruit tree would be part of the plantings (preferably cherry). I was happy they were able to source a cherry tree - but the one procured was self-sterile (it would need another cherry tree to pollinate it). I needed to be the one to point this out and insist a second cherry tree be planted
- no drawings were provided of the planting plan beforehand. I felt I didn’t have much time to reflect on the placement of what was being planted. Instead, it just happened that one day I was called out to see the plants set out and had to quickly approve the plan. I would have preferred to see a diagram beforehand

Well done job
