After what started off as, on the face of it, a great product supported by good customer service, I found myself like many others reviewing here, both disappointed with the product itself and the after sales customer support they offer.
However, unlike many others, my decking was installed much more recently in March 2024 and while I thought would / should last a lifetime (well at least our time in this house), it has already warped, cracked and faded to the point where I now need to replace it entirely.
Like others, I too submitted photographs of the problem and have followed up with various telephone calls to their customer services team who have also referred me to Mr. Callum Garvey (Business Development) who, despite them flagging my complaint as urgent has failed to respond.
I’ll leave it to you to draw your own conclusions about this company from my and many others who have taken the time to leave a review, but if I were having my time again and knowing then what I know now, I’d not have touched them with a barge pole.

This company is truly the best in supplying excellent quality composite decking etc.
We trawled everywhere to find a colour of decking that we wanted, and which provided a matching balustrade.
From start to finish Ecoscape was the best at knowing their products and the measurements were exact for our project. The quality of products is great too. They worked well with our fitters and provided expert help at every stage. Their communication was spot on and got back to us promptly with a solution to any questions or problems we encountered. We highly recommend Ecoscape.

We had quotations for our cladding and were told that there was plenty of stock and to order during black Friday to take advantage of discount. We were placed the order on 28th November only to be told that they were out of stock for 9-10 weeks. We called in December and again in January and were told that everything was on track and that our order would be arriving in UK on 14-18th Feb. We have since followed up and have been told that we need to speak to our distributor (Jewson) and that they were unwilling to discuss the order with me 'against company policy' which was not the case before. we have now been advised end of march target which is 4+ months since original order. I have spoke to other builders and distributors about this issue and they have very bad feedback about Ecoscape customer service and reliability. The product is good but they have huge supplychain issues.

Architect and client. Installed Clarity decking in 2021 after careful consideration of the specification - particularly the claimed board stability (coefficient of thermal expansion). Progressive and excessive shrinkage way beyond the stated parameters have resulted in a deck which is totally unsafe (the representative who came to inspect put he foot through a board). Contacted EcoScape on numerous occasions over the course of several months but with very very limited response resulting in a Small Claims case which the Sheriff found in our favour (defective product). Be aware - in my experience this product is unstable and does not conform to the stated standards. Customer services leave a lot to be desired.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The composite cladding is the best out there, ut not the cheapest. Realistic finish that feels very solid. The samples arrived promptly, looked brilliant - easy decision. The team also worked out accurately from my drawings and supplied the correct quantities, which made the ordering process straightforward and stress free. I'd highly recommend them again.

Awful. Don’t communicate, cladding never turned up as ordered. Simply tell me to buy again and blame the customer.

We were looking at zinc cladding for our project until I came across Ecoscape UK. There products are great quality and we are really pleased with how our home has turned out.

Excellent products and customer service. Ecoscape was the only company I could find that produces the 4.8m decking that I needed to make my decking design without excessive joins. Fastening system made installation simpler.

We're principal contractor on a large, high spec house extension. we installed this cladding to the rear of the property, and it's completely transformed the look. Despite the extension not being quite finished yet, and there's still work in progress, it has created a luxurious atmosphere already. Highly reccommend.

As part of a major house renovation we decided to replace the wall hung concrete tiles with composite cladding and after researching UK suppliers we opted for Ecoscape as it provided an eco friendly product. We ordered samples first to choose the right colour.
As our contractor was fitting the cladding it became apparent we needed a few more slats/trims and screws but were surprised by the high delivery cost which we questioned considering the original order size and were delighted when Ecoscape waived this cost.
We found the sales team always helpful when seeking advice. We are so pleased with our cladding and all the positive comments from passers-by who have been watching our renovation over the summer that we have entered the photographic competition.

I purchased and installed two runs of ecoscape fencing for my back garden. Everything is such high quality and built to last. Installation is very straightforward probably the hardest job was to dig the holes for the fence posts. Excellent Product and well worth the extra money compared to wood panel fencing.

We recently completed the landscaping of our rear terrace using Ecoscape cladding. The walls and piers were clad in spiced oak slatted cladding, a bench seat was created by using a combination of Flint and Midnight panel cladding and we picture framed a living wall/seat area again using a combination of the Flint and Midnight cladding. The finished affect is stunning and the various trims and accessories from the Ecoscape range simplified the installation process.

Really pleased with how my garden room project turned out using Ecoscape products. The combination of the decking and cladding gives a modern, clean look that ties in beautifully with the outdoor space.
