This is my second collar
This is my second collar, the first lasted about 5 years.the new collar arrived quickly. It’s easy to set up..but instructions for finding the serial number on transmitter are wrong, however we contacted helpline who set us on the right track immediately and efficiently. Note to e collar please amend your u tube instructions

Best e-collar in the world
In my personal opinion the e-collar Educator is one of the best equipment in the market. Having a retailer in the UK selling this is amazing as it saves on import costs being added on to an already very expensive purchase. The seller was extremely prompt with shipment which made our training kickstart faster than anticipated. E-collars are great for off leash training and security that your dog is safe. I'd recommend the purchase every day but ensure you seek professional training advice to use it well with positive reinforcement.

Vibration and sound collar works well.
I purchased a vibration and sound only collar from Ecollars.co.uk because I did not want or need a shock version. My purchase arrived in 2 days, well packaged and in perfect condition. The collar and handset was fairly easy to set up with the aid of the instruction booklet, and the collar unit itself is fitted with a very large collar that fits any size of dog, and is easy to adjust and trim to your own needs. I have only used the Ecollar and handset once on my dog, but it worked exactly as it should do. I found the sound alone was enough to bring my dogs attention back to me and stopped her form running straight to other dogs all the time. This unit, on first outing, appears to do exactly what I needed it to, plus, it does not hurt my dog at all.
