I have Known the CEO Eco Installer, Shane Freeland for a very long time and have used his company on two locations; one was a total refit of a central heating system and the other to install a very complicated underfloor Air Source Heat Pump heating system. On both occasions I worked closely with his team of engineers who were very willing to spend time to give advice and guidance of how the system works and how to adjust the system to suit personal needs.
We did have an issue with central heating pumps continually running. It transpired that the control mainboard was at fault. This was dealt with by the engineer turning up the next day and the new board was fitted the very next day – service at its best.
The quality of workmanship from design through to commissioning on both installations, is of a very high standard and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wishing to update or to a new installation of their heating system.

Very efficient booking process and the engineer rang about 20 mins before he arrived which was helpful. He was friendly and explained everything and was able to carry out the remedial work at the same time as the service which prevented a further visit. Would definitely recommend.

Professional office staff with regard to making appointment and then very good engineers undertaking the service. There was an identified issue following a service by another company; parts ordered and follow up visit promptly arranged. Work carried out again on a very professional basis and engineer even followed up with additional advice. Couldn't fault it.

We have had problems with our solar diverted for several months. The house was a new build but the developer did not reply to our requests to get the issue fixed. We contacted Eco Installer and an engineer visited the same day and soon fixed the problem. Excellent service and explained what the problem was. Highly recommended and I would certainly use them again.

What a fantastic team they are at Eco Installer. They gave me great advice while specifying my Solar installation. Listened to my crazy thoughts and did a first class job on the actual install, giving me exactly what I asked for. The work was all done to the highest standards and sailed through an independent industry body inspection without a problem.
It has now been almost two years since Eco Installer completed our Solar PV/Battery installation and I am pleased to say that it continued to function better than we could have ever imagined.
Our house (5 bed detached) is new and well insulated with a heat pump so we only use electricity for all our energy needs. Our total energy bill for the first year was around £450 and will be similar for the second year. The panels generate more electricity than we use each year and the main reason we have to pay anything for the low level of supply we need is the daily standing charge and the significant delta between the rate the electricity company charge us for supply and what they pay us for selling electricity to them.
I am very happy to give Eco Installer a 5 Star rating.

The engineer was polite, punctual, considerate and took the time to show me how to top up the system if the pressure falls. Repeat customer here - once for an air-source heat pump and more recently for a battery storage system. The team were willing to go the extra mile and form a new relationship with the company I wanted to supply the battery, and went through the training required to become an accredited installer. I also talked extensively with them about installing solar PV too - I found them to be honest and pragmatic, and will be back for a solar installation hopefully in the near future.

This company is very well run and efficient. The engineers are top rate and go about their work professionally. The back office staff get appointments organised quickly. I will continue to recommend Eco Installer to others.

Came to do annual service of heat pump and aircon units inside and out. Prompt per appointment. Engineer was friendly and happy to do an additional piece of work on under floor heating and even had the necessary spare. Great service from Engineer and the office who were in contact in advance and confirmed the extra work was ok to proceed so saved us a 2nd visit.

EcoInstallers stepped in to fix some issues on a complicated ASHP installation caused by another contractor. They were unbelievably helpful and knowledgable and did an excellent job.

EcoInstaller replaced our old ground source heat pump with the latest model a year ago, and have maintained it since. First-rate service, both from the team on site, and the staff back at the office—everybody friendly, knowledgeable, good humoured and efficient throughout a complex process. Strongly recommended.

I cannot praise Eco Installer high enough as they have always provided us with a superb service. Ever since they installed our Air Source Heat Pump in 2020 they have serviced and repaired our system effortlessly. The latest problem we had was on New Years Day where our system would not heat up. Despite it being a Bank Holiday the office team responded to my (very hopeful) email sent on January 1st asking for help and Chris, an engineer who we have become to know well, was dispatched first thing to us on January 2nd. He diagnosed the fault quickly (a faulty motor on a 3-port valve), replaced it and waited to check that all was well. If you are looking for service excellence you will not need to look further than Eco Installer here in the Cambridgeshire area (and wider).

Had our annual service on our underfloor system and repairs for a faulty thermostat. All done with very speedy and efficient time, found Chris to be very knowledgeable and very polite, also Annette very excellent with her manner and very very helpful. Would endorse anybody who uses them .

Been using Eco Installer ever since they installed my heat pump 7 years ago as I find them to be knowledgeable in their field, professional, friendly, punctual both onsite with the engineers and in the office. The engineers also tidy up after themselves too.
