This is the worst driving school ever!
The worst experience in my life!
Sent a complaint one week ago, there is no proper response, customer service is absolutely useless, i have to waste my time and money to call every day several times and speak with different agents, they don't have any history record whatsoever and no responsibility at all! No proper management and obviously they don't value their customers at all!
Complaint about one of the instructor harassment actions, no reply so far, and he is still working in this school! Instructors failing at the assessment for no reason, just trying to get you to pay more! No actions taken!
Have to go to RTA directly and complain there!

The school offer is fine but it will take you two years to get the licence they have many students so lessens the slots if you book today for classes u drive in two weeks so in that case u need two years to get the licence am still struggling yet i want to migrate to another country with my licence i feel so bad

ECO Driving school and facilities is good. But training some time bad.

Don't join this school . 3rd class school in Dubai I will recommend don't join this school they will waste your time first RTA final road test wating time is more then one month's even school classes was very very lit befor was school class very lit now RTA final road test wating time more then one month's

Eco Driving School is very good school in Dubai its branch is in fida al Madina the guy working there Farhan is also very cooperative and the staff of Eco Drive School is very good.

ECo drive is one of the best school in the UAE. I advised to all get license through eco drive

Not a good driving institute to join. Its been 2 months since I opened the file but I don't get dates for internal assessment test due to unavailability. Also the classes slots are available of 1 week gap. Instructor usually arrives approx. 15 mins late and leaves approx. 15-20 before the time. Instructor does manual entry in the system to cover the time gap. Lack of efficiency.

A very bad service these people do not have to proper communication to talk and handle the customer

These people do not have much instructors and giving the classes schedule after 30/25 days

After classes also test schedule they are giving like after a month -is this how eco drive institute is and

May b they have got trained an d schilling in such a way the instructors are also not coming to join here

The reason of my rating is all about getting class schedule. I started last July already 3 months have past and counting for more months as you can not be able to get schedule immediately. I have failed on my initial test and I have to wait 20 days to 1 month before I can have my class again and do re-test. Again if failed another 20 days to 1 month. I ask for an NOC to transfer my file then suddenly they give me a schedule. I was thinking before that if you paid a lumsum they would prioritize to give the schedule but I was wrong it is the other way around. Failing is good to have the time to practice more and learn to be a good driver nevertheless give me the class schedule so that I will not forget what I learned. I raised my complain to the customer service but he/she just smiled and told me this phrase “because we are new and did not expect too many students”. So in conclusion with CS answer I would nớt recommend this school if you value time. I would advise you to find a driving school that is already stablished and can manage numbers of students. But if you are looking for time pass this school is for you.

This is a very good school to take classes. And especially their staff is a very good staff.

Pathetic service I am requesting from the last 15 days and they are not providing the RTA yard test date I am making a calls everyday they are just giving you a time frame not the test date.

This driving Institute is in a pure mess right now, i wouldnt recommend anyone joining.
They are taking way more students than they can handle, sometimes their busses are full and people end up missing their class/ test, very long waiting time when it comes to classes or tests, ive waited 40 days just for a class once no matter how much i called and asked for help no one did anything about it. I have suffered a total of 5 months , the gap between tests and classes are way too long they can barely book classes for you. Im very fed up and frustrated with this driving school,Please do your research there are way better driving institutes in Dubai.

The worst school ever , from the sales to the managers , all are not helpful at all , all are liars , no tell you the truth , i have been 3 months wz them i didn't do anything and i have been 2 weeks waiting for a reply or help to change my package , now i cannot pay for my current packge to book classes and there s no available classes anyway, you have to wait more that 2 weeks to take classes if u paid on time if know u will wait month . sales don't inform u that the school is in jebel ali even not saying that classes will be also there . worst school ever, i would like to write all what happened wz me but it's not enough

Do NOT join this school under any circumstance. They fool people with discounted rates and make up for that by deliberately failing experienced and good drivers also. All trainers are sitting there to humiliate students and make them feel like losers. Useless management , fake promises. Entire team of eco drive is useless . This institute has to shut down soon and be bank rupt! Cheating people in the name of teaching ! Waiting period for tests and classes is minimum one month . If you have taken regular package they will fail you hundred times. Ridiculous institute !

Terrible Driving School
Right from the start nothing went well. The scheduling, testing, organizing, managing. I have been trying to speak to a customer service representative for the past 2 days without success. They have robots stationed at the call centre who give the standard rehearsed answers to any problem you may have.
Save yourself the frustration and waste of precious time in dealing with Eco Drive. I suggest they should soon shut down and spare the society of their appalling service (or rather the lack of it).
