Eco Drive’s customer service is beyond…
Eco Drive’s customer service is beyond terrible — it’s a complete disaster. It honestly feels like they trained their staff to ignore clients on purpose. Every call, every message, every visit is a waste of time. They don’t solve issues, they create new ones. It’s the definition of incompetence mixed with arrogance. If there was an award for the worst customer service on Earth, Eco Drive would win it hands down. Avoid them at all costsخدمة عملاء إيكو درايف مش بس سيئة… دي كارثة بكل معنى الكلمة. تحس إنهم مدرّبين الموظفين مخصوص عشان يتجاهلوا العملاء ويضيّعوا وقتهم. كل مكالمة، كل رسالة، كل زيارة = صفر فايدة. بدل ما يحلّوا المشاكل بيخترعوا مشاكل جديدة. مزيج غريب من قلة الكفاءة والغرور. لو فيه جايزة لأسوأ خدمة عملاء في العالم، إيكو درايف هتكسبها من غير منافس. أنصح أي حد يتجنبهم تمامًا.

Just got my driving license from Eco driving in my first attempt. I would like to thank Sir Shafiq Hussain who guided me very well throughout my course and a professional trainer who taught me driving calmly and with patience.
I would highly recommend Sir Shafiq hussain for anyone pursuing his driving classes from Eco.

"Excellent Driving Institute with an Outstanding Instructor"
As an institute ECO Drive is the best—classes are always on time without delays, and the staff is very cooperative. I had a wonderful experience learning driving with my instructor, Mr. Sobhan Farooq. His teaching style is professional, friendly, and very effective, which made me feel confident behind the wheel. He explained everything clearly—from the basics of driving to roundabouts, lane changing, highway driving, and automatic driving techniques. His patience and guidance greatly helped me in understanding the rules and driving safely. I highly recommend Mr. Sobhan Farooq for anyone who wants to learn driving in the best and most comfortable way.
ECODRIVE IS THE WORST
I experienced issues with them, first is the price. They offered me 7300 aed package and I accepted and paid the first installment price. When it’s time for the 2nd payment they said I have to pay more because the package price in the system changed. I filed a complaint with them and it took a month to have an agreement that they will give me back the money once I finished my journey.
Now I had an issue with one of their assessor. It is for the emergency break parking. He said I did 35 km/h. I always do 25 km/h from my trainings to the assessment day. He said it did not felt 25km/h. The scenario is before doing the assessment we stopped with a very short distance from the emergency break are. So naturally I had to accelerate fast to reach atleast 20 km/h. He reported I did even 40 🤣
Now I reported to technical so that I can see the recorded speed. First the supervisor talked to me saying they cannot disclose the total speed I had, I have to report it to customer service but the customer service routed me to them. And then somewhere between his lines he said that the assessment was manual, then I asked if there are no records, he said yes no records.
So he lied to my face, and now they are treating me like I am the one that lied.
So much waste of time, and stress.If I knew this in the past I would have never availed with them. Pray that you will not have issues because you have no one to rely to in this company.

My experience with the learning process was disappointing. While the enrollment was handled promptly, I received little to no support afterward when I needed assistance with my requests or issues.
Very bad institute. Never go to take classes from this institute. They are totally inhuman. They will not provide any information in advance and ask for penalties. Money diggers.

Super frustrated and annoyed with this company!
When i was registering they promised me the world. Said they will pick me up and drop my during my lessons because Dubail land is where I live and its near the Silicon Oasis company. This is the only reason I joined this company. If not I could easily join the Bin Yaber Driving institute that was right in fromt of my house. I didnt because their reviews were a little bad.
But now Eco drive emploees are saying that transportation is only available to and from their head office branch which is like an hour away from my house. And that also isnt for training classes that they pick and drop me.
They are taking forever to reply to my messages even when i want to book classes and are really unorganized and rude. I have screenshots to prove everything Im talking about. I absolutely hate this company and I dont wish this sort of scam upon anyone. DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!

As student of eco driving institute I am not suggesting this driving institute or this kind of institution's. Because too much delay for classes.
Dear management please consider customer valuable time. And please teach or give training of your staff how to behave for the valuable customers.

I had a very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional and the training provided was minimal. I paid over 1000 AED but didn’t even get a chance to watch any of the videos. I requested a refund immediately, but it was refused. Instead, I was given multiple excuses and even asked to pay more money if I wanted to discontinue.
My husband is still continuing only because they wouldn’t process a refund. To make matters worse, we had to go all the way to Expo just for parking, and even there, the facilities were poor. Overall, the training is very limited and not worth the money. I strongly advise others to avoid this service.

worst experience they came up with new bills today asking to pay per class amount on weekends the agent which on boarded me has mentioned all this will be included in the payment of 7.5k Lumsum package now i need to pay additional 200 aed , please make sure everything before signup with them , its litterly made me upset and the customer care dont help at all
Wrong charges applied.
Particularly facing issues in app due to which I was unable to schedule highway classes . I called customer care and asked the scheduling team to book on behalf of me. I asked them on weekdays to book evening classes which they mistakenly book for morning ones. A working person who already told them that I will reach Al nada Dubai after 8pm why would I book for morning classes .
And now they denying their mistake ,no proof of audio where I can review, also have to pay the charges which is not acceptable , until unless I don’t pay charges I can’t book classes. In order to hear the audio I have to travel jebel ali,which in turn will cost money and time. What kind of service and justice is this.

Extremely bad customer service. The people on phone promises something else and when you go to head office it’s a completely different story.
People talk rudely when you ask for clarification and no respect for anyone. They are just here to make money and nothing else.
