Quality customer service
Eco Bike Company was just great to deal with, the bike was delivered in good time and was kept up to date at all times.
I had an issue with the front brake (manufacture's fault)
Eco bike company dealt with this in a very apologetic and professional way after a few emails (they were very quick with their replies) and photos they suggested I take the bike a local cycle repair shop and so I did. The fault was sorted.
I emailed a copy of the receipt to Eco bike company and they reimbursed me the cost with in 1hr 30 mins of my email I think that was very quick and very professional

Great service.
This is the second Ampere I have purchased from Eco-Bikes and again myself and my wife Judith are extremely happy with Eco-Bikes. This time the delivery was first class from Tuffnels as it came the following day.
My wife has also got an Ampere from Eco-Bikes and we are both very happy with all the help and service we received from Eco-Bikes. I have got another electric bike that a have had for 10 months and is so bad I won't even give it away. These Ampere though are the dogs. Thank you Eco-Bikes.
E-Go Lite+ New Front Wheel
I recently experienced a problem with the bearings in my E-Go Lite+ front wheel, so I contacted the Eco Bike Company via their online chat and explained the issue.
After a short while I received an email stating that a replacement front wheel was to be sent to me, which was a pleasant surprise.
I received the new front wheel two days later.
I've now fitted it and been out for a short test ride, and all is well again.
Therefore I have to say that the customer service from the Eco Bike Company is brilliant.
It's so satisfying to find a company that really does look after their customers.

Excellent company with fantastic customer service. The owner was very accommodating talking me through the bikes on offer and helped me narrow down the one that was right for me. Would highly recommend as they have a bike for everyone!
Terrible Knaap purchase
Not sure how to define my experience with this website. Purchased a KNAAP bike a week and a half ago and paid close to 2299 for the bike, expecting it to be as described by their website, a long range bike (UP TO 140 KM on a full battery), comfortable and reliable... ended up buying it, NEVER receiving a tracking either from them or from the supplier. Chased a couple of times when the tracking was finally supplied. Bike received but after using for a couple of days found out that the long range claimed by the supplier and on the retailer website is correct just if you decide to use the bike on ASSIST MODE 1, which means that you need ideal conditions of weather, road, weight AND if you are willing to have assist just up to 5 km/hour (which is slower than you could do in a slow and calm walk) you might get close to this range. I managed, using assist mode 3 and 4 to get to the stonking 65 km. To add to that, the seat was incredibly low and not fit for someone my size, but the funny thing is that the website does not make any mention to a maximum rider height or anything, so I was the one to blame, according to ECO BIKE, for not calculating the dimensions on the website and not asking other customers (???). I have tried talking to the supplier, which was extremely useless in accepting blame for any problems, and were not willing to offer any kind of resolution. The retailer, Eco Bike, has first demonstrated interest in resolving the matter but backed up after the weekend just repeating what the retailer was saying that BASICALLY if I want to get the seat sorted I need to pay extra 100.00 for the accessory (that is extra even if the website does not state anything related to the EXTRA thing or the EXTRA payment needed), and that the range is that, so I had all the information and decided to go for it. :)
It is even funnier because Eco Bike states that I could ask other customers BUT if you see their website you will NEVER find a bad review about an item, and there is a reason for that. I tried to review the bike 2x already but even placing the review and receiving the confirmation, the product is still there with a one 5 star review from another customer... no customer can see my review and will end up committing the same mistake I have...
With all my honestly, after having the support I am having I advise anyone that is willing to purchase a bike to search elsewhere and anyone that wants to purchase a KNAAP to think twice... IT DOES NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL.

Fantastic bike, fantastic company!
I recently bought a Wisper 806 - it's a fantastic folding e-bike - I love it! I bought the torque version and it delivers everything promised and more. The push you get when you set off is marvellous. With the other ebikes I had (Popal, Radrunner), I had difficulty setting off, always felt nervous if I had to stop half way up a steep hill. Now I can relax! I get a workout and if I can't manage anymore (and sometimes I can't - I'm in my 70s and only took up riding again a year ago) I can use the throttle. You still have to keep pedalling but I (almost) fly. In comparison to cadence sensor bikes (which I had before), you have to work harder but the reward is great. I can breathe better. I am noticeably much less out of breath than I used to be. As you can gather, I'm an older, unfit person, who is enormously grateful for Wisper's technology. I am grateful, too, to the staff at Ecobike, especially to Jarred who has always been immediately helpful and ever patient. In addition to the marvellous customer service, the prices cannot be bettered.

The only reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because of EMU. Basically, I ordered an Emu Roam Step Through Electric Bike via Eco Bike. And the 1st time it turned up, there were lots of scratches and marks all over the bike. So I spoke to a very helpful lady called Sasha and she offered to send me a replacement one so I accepted it. They then collected the old one and sent me another one. And the 2nd bike has also got so many scratches, stains and marks all over the bike. Eco bike has offered £100, replacement parts and a cargo bag. And the only reason why I accepted the 2nd bike was because I needed to use it to go back to work urgently. Eco bike has been great but I wouldn't recommend Emu bikes to anyone. As they clearly don't check their products before it leaves the warehouse.
Excellent Service and a Stunning Bike
In fairness I had to wait several months for my bike which was not because of the company. I was kept updated, and offered a full refund several times, due to the delay.
Unfortunately the bike was damaged on arrival which was obvious from the packaging was done prior to shipping.
Not a problem at all, both Jarred & Sasha were excellent. A replacement bike was with me within the week and my damaged bike collected. I also have to say the delivery company used were excellent too.
Due to a fractured shoulder I have not yet had the pleasure of riding my bike but I’m sure I shall enjoy it when able to. It is a stunning bike.

Mirider One
Took advantage of their 'Price Match Promise' for Mirider One which includes a free gift. Eventually got their agreement through emails, but was informed there would be no free gift. When I asked the employee why, the sales director butted in, without salutation, with these exact words: "You're already getting £100 off the RRP". It turns out the sales director blew £1350 of sale for the sake of a cheap phone holder, and his out of control ego. Ordered from bicical.co.uk at £1350 with freebies.
Being 'committed' to 5star customer service isn't the same as delivering it
I bought the Lite+ a few weeks ago and…
I bought the Lite+ a few weeks ago and am absolutely delighted with the bike AND the excellent after-sales attention from Sasha and Jarred. They excelled themselves last week when I needed a replacement crank and pedal. It arrived within 3 days..SUPERB. Having the bike has opened up the countryside around me and I no longer fear the many hills in this part of the South Downs. Having researched folding e-bikes, I am pleased to have chosen the Lite+. It's great value and does exactly the same job as many others twice the price. So a no-brainer really. I can't wait to rediscover France and plan a big cycling trip in 2022. I'm sure the bike will make the whole experience all the more enjoyable.
Purchased 2 x Eco Max + bikes on 29th…
Purchased 2 x Eco Max + bikes on 29th April with two locks. Got a discount and completed the sale online. Both bikes unexpectedly turned up 24 hours later. The first bike was a little tricky to assemble and took about 2 hours. Knowing what I was doing the second bike took less than an hour. Excellent service from this company thank you.
