They were very accommodating of the cycle to work scheme I had available to me, answered all my queries and kept me up to date with my order. Best customer service
This guys were nothing short of incredible in rescuing me from a negative experience with another retailer. They went above and beyond to assemble my cargo bike and source the accessories I needed for it after I was let down elsewhere and have also been infinitely helpful giving me all the advice I've asked for. Having been mucked around elsewhere I was anxious and probably a pain to deal with and these guys (especially mark who gave me loads of his time) were an absolute dream. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The whole experience is professional…
The whole experience is professional and friendly. Mark really knows his stuff, it was his review that led us to look at the bike, Ampere Deluxe, and what he said was true. Everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful. My wife and I cannot recommend EcoMove enough. She loves her new bike.

Top class service
I was shopping for an e-bike for my wife and found Mark to be a mine of information. Once my wife decided on the bike she fancied, he explained clearly how it functioned and how to get the most out of it without any pressure to buy. My wife is delighted with the e-bike, and I would certainly recommend Mark and this business for the professionalism and service received.

Bought a horwin sk3 lovely bike nice…
Bought a horwin sk3 lovely bike nice ride, unfortunately for me what let it down was range. Needed the 99miles minimum range for my delivery's which I did mention to the advisors who said it should definitely do so. Barely getting 60miles on dual battery, whether it's my weight combined with the backbox (bikeit) and supporting frame for it contributing to it or the low speed vibration when in mode 1 it vibrates quite a bit around 26mph so just using mode 2 and all seems fine. Was offered to bring it back in to be investigated however being a delivery rider basically means another day of no income while getting the bike into shop. I chose just to return it at a loss (just over half the price I paid to buy it back in)

Excellent Service, Wonderful Bike and Exceptional Salesman Nilloy
The service I received from this bike store was second to none, have been looking for an electric bike for a while and was on the verge of giving up, Then I found EcoMove Hotwells Road Bristol. Nilloy the salesman knew exactly what I wanted and more importantly what would be right for me, An Ampere Deluxe he took time to explain everything clearly and concisely and to sort out all the extra bits I needed to make my cycling experience perfect for me, delivery was on time and John took the time to go through everything with me again. It was all just perfect
Best place for Bikes and Advice!
Found EcoMove when trying to find the perfect ebike. Being a big guy, I needed to test ride and get some expert advice and Mark and the guys at EcoMove really provided both amazingly. I bought a NewGen 345 Cruiser and I'm so happy with my purchase! Thanks guys, will definitely be back.

My wife decided one day she wanted to buy an electric scooter / moped to make her daily commute more environmentally friendly, but since neither of us had ever ridden a motorbike before we didn’t know where to start. Thankfully we discovered EcoMove.
The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly patient with all our naïve questions. We are now the proud owners of a Niu NQi GTS. It’s quiet, green and great fun to ride. We highly recommend EcoMove to anyone thinking of getting an electric scooter, motorbike or e-bike.
Terrible service
Unfortunately I need to write negative review. I Don't like to do this but I don't have a choice. No reply on my emails and calls to customer service, I feel like left behind. They simply don't care.
I have ordered a NIU Tyre Pressure Monitor and once piece was faulty, after 2 months of exchanging 20+ emails they replaced it. 1 week later the replaced model stopped working, so I requested a refund. Unfortunately, they never replied on my emails. I am not even sure if anyone picks up the phone, always problem to call them and hear someone on the other side.
I stopped asking them for a refund, unfortunately I lost my money, because they do not care to help customers. Very disappointing.
STAY AWAY
Update 12/10/2022: case has been dealt with and money refunded. Finally.. but mixed feelings remained.
Great company, excellent service
Just purchased an electric bike and was super impressed with the friendly, attentive and knowledgeable service from all of the team in the shop. Nothing was too much trouble and a special shout out to Nilloy for making sure I was totally up to speed with all of the controls before I cycled off into the sunset! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Our experience of shopping with Eco Move has been very positive from our first phone call to collecting the two bikes we decided to buy on our first visit to the shop. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the bikes of good quality. The sales pitch was honest, transparent and not in any way pushy, which we really appreciated and we were delighted to order two new e-bikes. The bikes were ready on time, have been collected and have already been ridden and enjoyed many times. This is my first e-bike and I would highly recommend.
