Great customer service
I had some trouble fitting a bike rack I had ordered. The staff went out of their way to help offering many solutions to the problem. In the end they created a video guide for me to follow, and my bike rack is now correctly installed. Great customer service.

Appalling customer service
I bought a £4000 electric moped from Ecomove. The bike is fine, but the customer service is APPALLING. The helmet I ordered with the bike was weeks late arriving, I eventually cancelled and went elsewhere. the cover didn't fit, neither did the second or third ones they eventually sent. They NEVER respond to emails and don't answer the phone.
Dreadful, I certainly would not buy from them again nor can I recommend them.

Drove to Bristol so we could view before buying the ebike we wanted.
Salesman couldn't do enough, had a test ride then ordered bike and paid.
Bike was promised to be delivered in a few days time.
Cutting a long story short approx 6 weeks later and no bike we cancelled. We then had trouble getting refund. Many emails and phone calls later we finally got our money returned.
If buying from Ecomove my advice is to make sure the bike you want is in stock for pick up.

Really helpful. I ordered another cushion for the Raleigh stride 2 which have been hard to get hold of. The team emailed me and updated me as soon as they arrived back in stock. Perfect to keep the toddler sitting comfortably on our bike.
All's well that ends well
Would have 5 starred but for an agonisingly slow delivery. After a 2 month wait I was writing an e-mail cancelling my order when they phoned and asked if I had received my item. (??) They then couriered it overnight and now all is well. A little more info would have been very helpful Would I buy from them again? Possibly.

Great choice of e-bikes!…
I was looking for a replacement ebike as mine had been stolen. I didn’t want to buy online and needed to try one. Ecomove were incredible! They were helpful, knowledgable and really friendly. I tried 2 bikes and fell in love with the Ampere! I collected the bike a few days later - brought it back to Salisbury on the train! After service is great too - I feel they genuinely want customers to have a great experience!

Great service with very friendly knowledgable information. Was able to test ride the bikes for as long as we wanted! The Ampere Deluxe was smooth and easy to ride. The assist is great with the hills! We have taken them out for a ride this afternoon and are hooked! Great customer care from Mark and his team. We were not rushed taking our time asking any question we needed answered! Great that we could take the bikes home the same day with help getting them into the car. Would recommend EcoMove if you’re looking for an Electric bike.

e-Bike Battery.
My brother has been trying to find a new battery for his Pure Electric bike with no success so I had a look for retailers who sold the actual bike to see if they could help. Mark - at Ecomove - replied to my enquiry within the hour. He confirmed he had the necessary battery in stock and sent me an immediate paypal invoice. The battery was safely delivered by DPD within 24 hours. Wonderful service all round. I was delighted with the company and would highly recommend

Great communications, enthusiasm and knowledge of the staff and overall, great choice of ebikes and excellent customer experience.
Friendly and Helpful
Very friendly and helpful staff who listened to my needs and tried to find an ebike suitable. Test riding, ordering, calibration, collection, all went smoothly and they dealt with niggles (such as the ebike not coming with a handlebar power changer) generously. I would recommend eco-move and am very pleased to have bought locally rather than using the internet, as I realised the bike I thought I wanted wasn't the best for me.
