Always keen to help, best vape shop around!

Disgrace , rip off merchants

Always really speedy delivery, great pricing, fantastic website.

Pretty much anything a customer could want from a vape shop. Good products all round.

Ordered 3 bottles of juice, a few hours later received a phone call stating one was out of stock. Had to loose it from order or pick something different. Radomly choose the same brand but in a different flavour. Should of opted to go without. Wasn't too good.
Other than that service was brilliant, post and packaging extremely good,
Just a shame website didn't reflect stock levels.

I have always bought from ecig zoo and when I have bought from elsewhere products have broken. I think they have the best value for money and quick delivery

Always have what I need in stock, plus much more to experiment with. Always delivered on time, never any hassle!

This is for me the best tasting golden Virginia liquid I buy it every time and it comes in big bottles also delivery is very good wouldn't hurt if it was free delivery though

Really helpful. I had brilliant service.

Everything was as I expected. Great service.

This is the best RDA I brought plenty of air flow ,works great with tiger wire and a good size well and loads of clouds with a PG 30% - VG 70% .

love using this stoor due to the atmosphere

Fantastic service, very helpful, just wish this sort of customer service was available in every shop I go into, many thanks.

Will use whenever near wished as very helpful staff and well stocked shop

I haven't long been vaping but in the time that I have the only shop I use is ecigzoo and it is by far the best ecig shop in town, not only do you walk into a friendly and welcoming shop the staff are also very helpful and will help put with any problem you put in front of them! They have a great knowledge of the products they sell and take pride in what they do! It's a shame you can only rate up to 5 stars because they 1000000% deserve a higher rating! I would very much recommend ecigzoo to any new or experienced vapers! :)

The staff are always heplful, and their advice has always been very useful.

Very clean shop the staff are very friendly and polite all the staff are very knowledgeable of all the products that have to offer 10 out of 10

Help out with everything from seeing up.. To recommendations.. Great service
