Great product for the price, excellent ordering and delivery process. Very easy to assemble at home and to setup, and to start using with the Echelon app.

Delivery was very quick and efficient, I was kept informed of when they were on their way & the guys who brought it in were very polite and courteous.

The delivery men fell over and dropped the item. They really struggled to carry it to just inside my front door from the driveway, they probably need a palette lift or something to assist

Waited about 10 days I think before first delivery was scheduled. I wasn’t available so called them up to reschedule for a few days after the offered date, very easy to arrange. Delivered to room of choice and got a call about 30 mins beforehand

Great delivery

The product was delivered safely and professionally but they clearly had little experience setting up these bikes - eg. they hadn’t turned it on and suspected a product error, also screwed the screen too hard (couldn’t rotate).

They delivered the box to a room but no assembly help

Stop wasting my time with reviews, next time it will be 1 star!!!!!

Quick and efficient and on time with no issues

2 person delivery but driver refused to carry the treadmill upstairs to the room of my choice, as per agreement. Said treadmill was too heavy. Should have had suitable lifting/moving equipment if that is the policy

Delivery took around 7 days but communication was good.

Great purchase. The video training sessions are very motivational, equipment is good quality. I’m enjoying my fitness journey.

I was told on the phone that it would be a 2 man delivery, to a room of my choice. However when the couriers came and I asked for it to be put in my study upstairs, they said it would be "better" to leave it downstairs so I could unpack it and carry it upstairs on my own. So the attached photo is where it was left. Shambles of a delivery.
