On time - rung before arriving - exactly to quote and actually exceeded the time. Great attitude - didn't stop not even for tea/coffee or biscuits! Clean, polite and a pleasure to have in the house. Great job and would recommend to anyone - great aftercare service also offered. Thank you! (work included full replacement of an oil boiler, aligned with Nest system, bled and balanced all radiators, checked oil line and oil flow, removed and disposed of all old equipment etc).

Just moved into the area so needed to get my boiler service after the renovation of the property we moved into once Covid Lock Down was lifted.
I called EB Boiler as they were local. Spoke to Elliott, he was very professional in his approach and was able to book me in very quickly, as I explained that I had concerns about my Boiler.
On the day of our appointment we arrive on time and explain exactly what he intended to do. He listen while I explained my concerns. He assured me that he would take a good look and make sure that’s everything was working perfectly. After looking over the system he came across quite a big problem. He explained everything to me and then proceeded to fix and service the Boiler. I felt a little uneasy as I was worried about the addition costs. He explains that he didn’t really need to replace any major parts, as it was an issue of rewiring so the cost would not be too high. The job was done to a very high standard!! Elliott was wonderful. I have now booked him to do a yearly service on the Boiler.

Got quick quote for installing new boiler and shower, removal of old ones, immersion heater and water tank. No additional cost added. Was informed in timely matters of every step of the work which was done on time and as previously stated, clean and tidy. Amazing team of guys, looking forward to work with them in the future when we have plans to do few changes to our kitchen. Keep up the great standards.

We decided to go for an unvented cylinder and installation of a new boiler with relocation from the garage into the loft. The installation took four days, and it was neat and tidy throughout. We did not have water during the day, but that was well communicated. From the first contact to completion of the installation, it was excellent.

Having decided to have a new heating system (new oil boiler, pipe work and radiators) we wanted to ensure we had a fair price and the best people for the job. Out of the four companies we asked to Inspect and price, we felt we had much better transparency on what was required and what it would cost from EB Boilers. They were professional and polite but ultimately it would come down to the workmanship on the job. I can genuinely say that we could not have been more pleased that we chose EB. Efficient, tidy, addressing a few extras here and there. They did an absolutely outstanding job. They also returned to do a minor unrelated job a couple of weeks later. I would happily speak to anybody who is considering using them as our experience could not have been better

Max and his colleagues arrived promptly and took great care to protect the house whilst running up and down stairs to fit a new tank upstairs. They were polite and professional throughout and even stayed late to finish the job. Great workmanship and professional team.
