While on holiday from Scotland, my husband accidentally jumped into the pool with his vape (oops!). We came across Vape Easy and were so glad we did! He picked up a newer version of his vape, and we were so impressed with the experience that we went back again so I could get one too.
The owner was incredibly welcoming and took the time to show us around, explaining the different vape liquids available — the variety was amazing, and the prices were very reasonable, especially compared to what we’re used to back home.
We made a final stop the day before our flight to stock up on liquids, and we’ll definitely be returning when we come back to Canada next year. This will be our go-to spot without a doubt!

They responded to my email quickly, took the matter seriously, and immediately escalated it to their DPD account manager for a proper investigation. Without waiting for the lengthy investigation process to conclude, they kindly arranged a replacement order and posted it to me the very same day.
