worst experience ever, was sent an engine that was knocking. was sent a second engine with the same problem. I think I was sent the same engine twice. had to pay the mechanic twice to install two damaged engines. Richard Evans is a crook. does nothing promised, failed to honor the engine warranty. Don't be fool with the warranty period, that is just a trick to get you to purchase the engine. There actually is no warranty. Will not answer the phone nor reply to Emails after the collect your money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. This company need to be sued. If anybody out there willing to start a class action law suit I am all in.

The reason that I am writing this now is because:

1. Mike Evans is a thief.

2. Do not trust that even you ask for verification on the engine , it is fraudulent. I was supplied in writing that it was actually 43000. That was Is a LIE

3. They are frauds and I will track them down, anyone want to join, looks like we have many that got screwed.

My transmission that supposedly had only 43 thousand miles on it turned out to be filled totally with metal particles in it and! 6000 miles is the lifetime have it freeze up!

Timely delivery with professional knowledge and the customer support team sold me few extra products but it was all genuinely explained why i need to purchase it and it was actually true which i came to know after going to the mechanic. I appreciate Shan for his patience in explaining and providing the spares at a discounted price.

I ordered a engine with 32,000 miles on it, It was supposed to be tested which I paid for, the engine had 111000 on it and a cylinder with no compression. Reported this and was sent a second and third engine with the same problems. Asked for my money back on March 28th.Checked back almost every other day and was told it was being handled and it was being handled up until May 21st . Then no contact was available. no more emails or calls were taken. It's very sad when you take peoples money and string them along.

Mike and The people at E Automarket have done nothing but lied and refused to refund my money on a bad purchase of a Low Milage Engine and transmission That they had received back at their arrangement. The parts came in water damaged and not what was promised as in low milage and tested.

I recently purchased an engine from Ryan, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Ryan provided me with an excellent engine at a price that was not only fair but truly great. The customer service team made my experience great ! Their knowledge was impressive and put to the test .There was some confusion on the emissions that my car had and Richard and his crew were very patient and helpful and explained the importance of getting it right . They waited to ship my engine until we were sure . Also there was a problem with my final payment and the issue was my CC. They waited until I got it fixed with no threats nor deadlines. Also the other people who may have answered the phone when I called were extremely friendly and helpful and never acted put out that I was calling . All and all it was a pleasant and successful business deal ..I appreciate what you do. I would recommend E Auto to anyone . Thank you for your service .
