We've been using EasyStaff to pay our contract workers since November 2022, and it's worked very well for us. We wire our funds to EasyStaff, and they credit our account within about 24 hours. From there, we send Tasks to our contract workers, and when the tasks are complete they are paid quickly and without any issues. We had some trouble with our wired funds being returned/rejected at some point in the past, but Marina (at EasyStaff) has always been quick to respond, and is always quick to answer any questions that we've had.

Real fee is 16% when they advertise it as 6%. Takes at least week to withdraw money.

CAUTION with this service!!!
I have been using this service for 8 months. Despite the fact that they have huge commissions, I was pleased that I could accept the payment without other problems. BUT during the last payment there was a refusal, the money was returned to the account and it is not clear why a huge commission was taken. They could not explain to me the reason for the return of the money and could not even tell me how the money was transferred to me. They send money through correspondent banks, through which there is no guarantee that your money will arrive at all. No receipt, no documents. They didn't know where some of my money went. They deleted my account. lol.
After that, having learned that they actually did not have a guarantee, I refused this service.

UPDATE after the Easy Staff's answer:
First of all, I'm just telling people about my experience, it is not my goal to mislead them.
Secondly, in the documents that were sent, the reason was that the correspondent bank sent incorrect data. that is, in the first request they sent one price, in the second they confirmed another. It's their mistake. accordingly yours.
Thirdly, I asked “how can I delete my account?”, and did not ask for it to be deleted. But since you screwed up, you immediately deleted it so as not to have to answer to me.

It takes too long to transfer money. For example, you send an invoice to Easy on Friday morning. The funds will be credited only after 4-5 days, they say that they do not work on weekends. Then you need to wait a few days for the funds to be transferred to your bank account. They work but slowly.

Excellent technical support, answers questions quickly and informatively. Low service fees and fast transfers. I recommend to everyone.
