Hi Ken,

Thanks for your review and for taking the time to discuss your order with me.

We are very glad to hear that your cards were produced perfectly and arrived in good condition. As a commercial printing company, our standard packaging is heavily optimised for transit safety to prevent damage during delivery.

That said, I completely agree that presentation matters when you're passing items along to your own clients. We are taking your feedback on board as we explore more presentation-focused packaging options for the future. As a gesture of goodwill, I have already applied a credit to your account to use toward your next order.

For any future orders, please let us know if you plan to pass the items directly to your clients, and we would be happy to discuss how we can best accommodate your presentation needs.

We hope to work with you again soon and deliver a 5-star experience!

Have a great rest of your day.

Kind regards,
AngelRead more

Hi Mira & Nick,

Thanks for your time during the past week to discuss your recent experience with us.

Firstly, I wanted to apologise again that you felt it was very annoying going back and forth by email. This is never our intention, as we always want to ensure your artwork files are all up to standard for printing.

Secondly, I'm sorry that you felt the essential business cards that you ordered was flimsy. As discussed, we do offer 3 different types of business cards all with different gsm. The business card that you have selected is the essential business card which is the thinner material. However, I am glad that we were able to resolve this by sending you the samples of the other business cards that we had and you have since been happy with the luxury business cards at 420gsm.

I'm happy that we were able to resolve this issue for you and that you are happy with the reprinted business cards on the 420gsm stock.

I hope we are able to offer our usual 5-star service on your next order! We look forward to working with you again.

Kind regards,
Monica :) Read more
