Don’t use this company if you don’t wanna be in problems for months. my aunt experience I rent a car in for Fort Lauderdale Location. Once I had the car for one day, the price was increased double and they want to charge for a lot of insurance and taxes that nobody explained before. If I try to return the car, they wouldn’t give any money back and I had to give a safe deposit of $250 that so far a month after I return the car hasn’t been refunded. I’m calling several times to the office in Fort Lauderdale and after a while they just hung up the phone without even answer. I also called the 888 customer service number and waiting 20 minutes for them to answer but nobody in the other side. Just hang up the phone.

Worst experience in over 30 years and I do not say this lightly. They are only in business from the airport traffic of new customers who have no clue. The rental place is 20 min outside the airport. You will wait 60-90 min for a shuttle to pick you up because there is only one shuttle. Wait hours to get your car and catch the shuttle back to the airport. I ended up getting an Uber to drive back to the Airport NOT to miss my flight. The people who work there are children in early twenties, so you can imagine their attitude. Don't do it.

I was attracted by price and conditions, fx. paying with VISA debit card, at DiscoverCars.com, but when we came to pick up the car in Dublin, we found out that EasyRent was a subsidiary company to DiscoverCars, and I was asked for a credit card at the counter in Dublin. I ended up paying 3 times, eventhough we had prepaid half the price at preebooking, and also for an insurance... again.
Now 5 weeks later EasyRent took 75 Euro on my account for a speed ticket. They claimed i´ve got, but the will not give me any kind of dokumentation. I have tryed for 4 days...
Now I had to contact my bank, to spare my card so they cant take more unknown Fees from my account, and also some legal assistance, because this isn´t right

Arrived at Luton Airport late at night... It took ages to find out which bus to get to go to pick up the car.. and the car was miles away in a off site car park... Very dark, hard to see the condition of the car.. Very hard to drive out of the site... The car was OK.. The people where pleasant.. But they seem to have problems returning my deposit... days later.. even with full insurance.. Lucky for me I don't need to use my credit card else where..
Wouldn't use them again and will think twice about using Luton Airport in the future
Still waiting for them to return my deposit to me... now been four days and no sign of it... So I've been ripped off... So easy to take it from my card... But they can't return it... Maybe they have money problems..... Changed from two star to one.... Bad company go else where...

Although not situated in the Airport Terminal at Birmingham Airport, it was easy to be picked up by shuttle and only 2 min drive away.. got really nice car.. super friendly staff.. especially one of the guys at work Thursday 29. Sep and again Sunday 2. Oct.. he gave excellent service..👍👍

On arrival I called the number given to be told that the service had been discontinued and that "it was only an 8 minute walk". Not with a sore leg a case and two pieces of hand luggage! Their website still trumpets the pick up service this morning. Sha'nt be using them again, ever!
THEY TAKE MONEY ON YOUR CARD WITHOUT ASKING
I was attracted by the low price at Luton airport agency, but was asked for a credit card at the counter. Paying with visa debit it almost doubled the price of my rental because I was forced to pay for the full insurance cover (with I have on the side with RAC).
Then more than month after, a mistake was made at my hotel and I received a PCN for unpaid parking. EasyRent took another 55 pounds on my account for admin fee without asking for anything.
Immoral, I have to pay them a fee for something I didn't do.
Never will rent with them again. NEVER

A complete ripp off af a company, made a booking for 100 pounds over 2 days, when I go to pay for the car and the deposit, I am told that they can’t charge for the deposit as it’s a large amount and that they would take 100 pounds deposit instead, I ask if this will be paid back and received a yes, they have now charged me 100 pounds over the agreed amount stating that I offered to pay 100 pounds as full protection, insurance I have via travel insurance….. this company is only out to steal your money using slight of hand sales tactics.
Edit….. he will write on a piece of paper to show that they can’t withdraw the 1750 pounds deposit but will take 100 pounds and it will count as zero, on the contract they will add something called, pom package which they will later claim is an insurance you agreed to…… STAY AWAY FROM THEM, Easy Rent…… I will be going forward with a complaint

I was thinking of doing a good business renting the cheapest vehicle in Easyrent Stansted Airport UK... but I ended up paying more than the most expensive company.
Worst car rental company
Never rent a vehicle from that company, especially the office located in Fort Lauderdale,, the staff that is there does not have any education, It is the worst car rental company that can exist in the area of the Fort Laudedale airport : they offer a rate and when you get to the counter they start adding additional expenses including security deposits that are never mentioned when making the reservation. The staff they have hired in the fort Lauderdale office is the worst you can have for customer service they should give a Costumer Service course.

The drop-off was easy and stressless.

Easyrent car hire gatwick
For those wishing to hire a car at Gatwick avoid these people like the plague.
I recently had the displeasure of dealing with them when booking a car through Carjet (an equally disreputable company).
A number of weeks ago I flew to Gatwick to collect a car from easyrent, which I had paid for in advance using a debit card, which was accepted. On arrival I was told I could not have a car because I did not have a credit card. After some discussion I was told my debit card would be accepted provided I paid a further non refundable fee of £315. What a rip off. On top of this they wanted to block a further £1500 on my card (compared to £600 which other car hire companies have charged in the past)
I refused to accept any of this and so ended up with no car and no refund of the £216 that I paid for it. These people like their partners in crime Carjet are crooks in my view. Avoid them.

Very dodgy company. All transaction is done via phone (although I found them via the website and entered all data to the website). I was asked to provide my credit card details incl. CVV code over the phone 2 times. Keys from the car were found in the remotely operated mailbox in the shopping center, the car was found there as well - no human contact at all. The car itself was fine although not quite clean (and the model did not correspond to the receipt I have received, which was for a cheaper one). Then in 2 weeks I have received 18GBP bill (!) for the fuel charge, despite I filled the tank to the max, 3 miles before return point (the receipt was left in the car). Of course, no one is replying to the emails any longer...
