Order took 6 days to arrive, to find incorrect items had been sent. I ordered solution for nebuliser and received prostrate cancer test!!
Sent msg to owner, communication was very slow, I had to send photos and then return wrong items.
Correct items were not sent out immediately as agreed, they waited until they received wrong items, not acceptable for urgently needed items and the error being their fault.
The order placed on August 23rd was finally delivered correctly on 4th September.
I have since seen that The General Pharmecutical council failed their inspection in March 2025 stating standards not all met and the Required Action was an Improvement Action Plan, this has since passed although it seems standards are slipping again.
I cannot advise anyone to use this company, fortunately this time it was an error that didn’t cause any detriment to health.

The delayed delivery was not EasyMeds fault but when I told them, all they said was what's your address? Not oh sorry I will see what I can do etc. I heard nothing. Even today after emailing with photos of the crushed broken parcel...nothing.

2 boxes of needles that come in thin card boxes. Should be in a SEALED cardboard box. Instead just a layer of cardboard wrapped round so not sealed and then inside a plastic posting bag. Unbelievable. They arrived crushed, split with needles loose in the bag.

How many items do they pack in a day? Can they not differentiate between safe items and unsafe??? Abysmal.

While I was in a back-and-forth with my surgery over a prescription that is essential to my ability to... live... I thought I'd buy the prescription online to be safe (it's insulin pen needles). I paid extra for 1-2 day shipping after dispatch. It was dispatched on the 4th, expected by the 6th, it's now the 8th, and Royal Mail still says "The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail." I feel like I wasted £25 on something I normally get for "free" on the NHS. I'm both angry at my surgery for scaring me into buying a lifesaving prescription online, and EasyMeds for failing to deliver the lifesaving prescription on time (if at all). Meanwhile I've been reusing needles, and my surgery finally remembered the Hippocratic Oath and dispensed some today.
