If an item is out of stock this may mean that the whole order is held until all items are available so they can be sent out at the same time.
Our transactional emails are automated so an order confirmation email will have been received which would have advised if an item was out of stock alongside an estimated arrival time.

I bought a hercul-easy hose in 2025
I bought a hercul-easy hose in 2025, one of the push fit connectors broke and I contacted easilife for a replacement, after sending me two tap connectors they sent me the correct part which works brilliantly now it's started to rain.

They also provide a 2-hour delivery window on the tracking so you know when to expect your parcel.
