instructions wanted
at first problems with batterys , when working buzzed and lights for a short period only, what ever i pressed. There were no instructions.
Testing with my lips proved only working when lights flashng. they only flashed for barely a minute,

Maria at Easylife…
A person named Maria at Easylife continuosly refused to provide ETA updates via email on Mrs Milliner's order quoting data protection act.
The email address used to request the order details was the same email address on Mrs Milliners account that ordered the items.
Eventually an automated response from another department in Easylife sent an email to the same email address on Mrs Milliners account with a tracking number for Evri courier.
I found the whole experience with using the Easylife "help" contact email extremely unhelpful the person named "Maria" at Easylife was not proactive had no notion of what customer care was and also provided false information to me.
I will never purchase anything again from easylife and I will advise anybody else not to deal with a company who employes staff who are unprofessional in their approach to work.
Never Again.
Oh and now we have a reply to the review to which Easylife did not read or rather understand.
An Easylife employee refused to send an ETA to the main email address on the purchasers account. However a non human automated Easylife service emailed the tracking number and courier details to that same email address.
As Easylife says they cannot discuss information of the account holder with others because of data protection has Easylife's automated system breached the data protection act? Morons, Mrs Milliner would not have supplied you with an email address if she didn't want you to use it for supplying her with information/answers would she? what other reason would she have for supplying an email address to you?
