Horrendous service. It seems to be legit, up until the message says the recipient has received the delivery. THE RECIPIENT DID NOT RECEIVE THE DELIVERY. I called the recipient and they looked outside of unit door and nothing. I even left the instructions for delivery explaining she was elderly and very ill at moment but not contagious, thst they may need to call her mobile, which was provided. I asked where they were left and response was left outside of address. Advised they are not there and they go silent. NO FRICKEN FLOWERS, BALLOON OR CARD. $250 wasted.

Don't order from this company if you…
Don't order from this company if you want old wilting flowers. Such a disappointment after paying over $100 plus dollars for a small bunch of flowers mixed with fresh & old brown wilting flowers. They said they were fresh which was a lie. I have photos which I sent yet they still did not believe me. I asked a friend to witness the flowers on the phone and they too said they were wiling & old. Got a $19.00 refund! This was for my mother's passing! This business does not care about the type of flowers you receive. Please do not order from them.

Easyflowers always deliver!
It was my brother & sister-in-law’s 35th wedding anniversary and they live 6 hours away from us so I organised flowers on behalf of my elderly mother in aged care. The flower arrangement was beautiful and the process of ordering, communication and the delivery is always spot on. I don't buy flowers often but when I do I only use Easyflowers.

Disappointed Experience order not complete
Disappointed Experience for a Milestone Celebration
I trusted EasyFlowers.com.au to help me celebrate my best friend's 60th birthday — a friendship that spans over five decades. Being in NSW while she’s in WA, I relied on this service to deliver a meaningful gift: a flower arrangement, a bottle of sparkling wine, a card, and delivery — totalling $153.95.
While the flowers (substituted from the original selection) were delivered, I had to follow up just to be notified of the delivery. More upsetting was discovering days later that the wine — a key part of the celebration — was never delivered. I had to chase this up myself, and to my surprise, they had refunded the delivery fee instead of the wine, which cost more. I had to bring this to their attention before they corrected it.
The only resolution offered was a refund for the wine and a $20 voucher. I explained that the issue wasn’t just about money — it was about the emotional impact of a gift not arriving as intended. My friend didn’t get the full experience I had carefully chosen for her milestone birthday. EasyFlowers advised they couldn’t rectify the order or send the wine separately, which left me deeply disappointed.
This wasn’t the joyful surprise I had hoped to create. I would have preferred they honour the original order and make it right. Sadly, the service fell short when it mattered most.
