Opened the LLC with EasyFIling they are reliable and very helpful.Happy to work with EasyFIling. Highly recommended.

Terrible company. They are quick and available to acquire new customers, once they purchase the service they become like sloths. They started the process of forming the LLC more than two months ago and it is not finished yet, so they still have to start the procedures for opening a bank account. No one responded to the last two emails I sent. Stay away from this company, it's just a waste of time.

EasyFiling made forming my LLC a breeze. Their online platform was easy to navigate and their customer support was support was always there to answer my questions. I was able to complete the entire obtaining my ELN and setting up my registered agent service

EasyFiling help me setup delaware c corp they are responsive and guide everything through out the process. They clear all my doubts.Happy with service but they take time to get EIN almost 4 weeks so giving the 4 start for this.

Excellent service. I had to open LLC as I am dealing with clients in America and payment has been huge hassle for so. One of my friends recommended me to EasyFiling and they helped me with the process professionally and guided me in each step. Best part was that they have lower price than all the other service provider. As it can be confusing and there are a lots of surprises later regarding the price. I am very satisfied and happy.

Easy and affordable.

I contacted them to incorporate an LLC in the US and to help me to set up a Wise account. First I had doubts about them, but everything went as expected, they helped me, and answered my questions. Thank you.
